點解今日要寫呢個食譜,係因為我今日又將呢間餐廳介紹俾朋友先發現原來一直都冇介紹過佢.... 真係對唔住老闆 😅舊年朋友帶我去呢間餐廳度食,就係食佢嘅人情味(咁當然味道都係一個最主要嘅原因)久而久之平時嘅朋友聚會都係指定呢間餐廳;因為老闆每日會去街市買新鮮食材、每一次都有新驚喜;後尾同老闆傾開計先知道老闆開呢間餐廳嘅原因係因為自己太鍾意煮嘢食.... 老闆對飲食太有要求亦都有一份自己嘅執着同堅持!真係好佩服兩公婆拼搏精神。同時食品質素真係好有保證,生猛海鮮任揀,如果想食特別嘅海鮮可以預早同老闆講等老闆去入貨平時嘅指定菜式一定係牛舌心(呢個最少要食三份)燒粟米、蒜蓉茄子!另外仲有一啲比較特別嘅燒牛筋(老闆預先用滷水醃咗,超好食)仲有必食推介椰汁花蟹鍋、泰式粉絲蝦煲......佢要推介嘅食品數之不盡!希望大家都支持下良心小店! continue reading

燒羊架:有羊味亦唔羶,上枱前再加孜然粉在面,加添多點味道,更加滋味呀!燒日本蠔:本餐最出色菜式,價錢不貴,蠔脹卜卜,連殼裏的湯汁也非常鮮甜!極品啦!魚鲛:肉厚,若加多少少鹽均勻地燒定必加分。一條大粟米:切件上枱,食得方便又可慢慢品嚐。燒魷魚筒:非常大隻,味道不太特別,不夠香口。蒜香鮑魚同角煮鮑魚,沒有蓋過鮑魚嘅鮮味。燒大蝦不得不試,蝦頭有羔,蝦身厚肉,新鮮!味淋魚乾:與其地餐廳的沒太大分別,我是必點的。最後上的甲羅燒,是最敗筆!太咸,蟹肉和蟹羔的味掩蓋哂,賣相也差。一般上枱時放一些蟹籽,增加賣相。但放魚籽一齊燒,樣子不吸引!最最值得一提的是:老細主動請我哋品嚐的「鮮」雪耳蓮子百合!圖上的原木雪耳的真身!植物的骨膠原滿滿一碗!服務滿分!創意十足!經優惠apps可享半價,值得推介! continue reading

同幾個老死想找個地方敘吓,食吓嘢吹吓水,有朋友介紹話呢間新開的日式串燒店唔錯,係地鐡站行過來五分鐘,抱著試吓新嘢的心態去到。去到門口有很多燈籠,好有日本feel。入到去,舖頭唔係好大,但店員笑蓉可加,老闆細心介紹了店裡的特色串燒🍢,有海鮮、有肉又有菜,雖然朋友未到整,我們都認不住下了單,食住等🤣。 食物款色非常多,以下介紹一下幾個必食項目:元貝超好味個元貝來到枱面好大隻,用刀差切開幾份,放落口超級彈牙,好食到簡直係挑戰我味蕾的極限。(後來問老闆,原來佢地用咗D特別的日本䊢汁燒。)燒牛舌芯🍖之前我去福岡食燒牛舌,諗點解香港的燒牛舌做唔到日本的水平。但係食完呢到個牛舌,我完全改觀。燒得剛剛好的牛舌芯,肉質嫩滑,入口即溶,必食之選。卜卜脆雞翅雞翅係普通嘢,但係呢我哋特別叫哩試吓,好試一吓廚師的手細。雞翅睇落冇乜特別,嘩,點知外脆內軟,十分驚喜,食到清碟先停到。還有鹽烤龍蝦🦞,清酒煮聖子等好味推介,我Upload D 相比大家研究吓。 continue reading
