係灣仔番工~見佢開左一排又諗唔到食咩好所以試下去到,原來好細間,點知老細話樓上啦,行到最後有樓梯上去不過又迫又窄仲要係洗碗既地方(女仕們著裙就唔好上去啦) 4個人叫左海濤雞飯/窩蛋牛肉飯/北菇雞飯/日式炒烏冬窩蛋牛肉飯/日式炒烏冬/北菇雞飯可以唔講因為冇特別,味道一般要講既係海濤雞飯!呢個係佢主打既食物一般海南雞飯,d雞唔會熱or 室溫我都食過但呢個雞,你食個時完全feel到係雪櫃拎出黎,凍冰冰既感覺都係第一次又冇咩雞味~真係攞膽!!!真係不可一不可再!

但呢個雞,你食個時完全feel到係雪櫃拎出黎,凍冰冰既感覺都係第一次

又冇咩雞味~真係攞膽!!!
真係不可一不可再!

今天下午有事去灣仔辦完事,路過盧押道跟軒尼斯道交界見到海濤的廣告牌,便走入海濤吃個茶餐,店面及內部裝修很新淨整齊,看來開業不太久。 餐牌上的茶餐有中也有西,見它有賣不少燒味飯,吃燒味應該較穩當,伙記告知瀨粉、河粉都賣完了,便叫了一客燒鴨即食麵再加一杯凍檸茶解渴,凍檸茶很大杯,店東毫不吝嗇,一杯給了四片檸檬,唔會淡口唔夠味。燒鴨麵店家老實沒有像不少店將燒鳴當燒鵝來賣,鴨皮都燒至所謂荔枝皮,皮下脂肪很薄,件件都有肉食,沒有用下欄貨式來做茶餐,而且一碗有成十件份量唔細,重伴着兩條靚菜,以咁嘅價錢重平過快餐店,實在好抵食。這時伙記開始預備晚市,在掛牆的餐牌上寫上晚市推介,見到有蠔咯餅、蠔仔粥、海濤鷄等套餐;每張枱都鋪上兩層枱布,茶餐廳即時化身成為一間小菜館,枱面上有張寫着海濤私房菜的菜牌,寫上多款不同特式小菜,賣相令人相信會有一定水準,日後不妨來試食。

晚上十一點幾行過灣仔肚餓, 多數食店都刪晒門, 經過呢間新開, 又話係私房菜嘅茶餐廳, 見佢光猛新淨, 就入去試吓...入去望吓餐牌, 見有列叫私房菜, 幾得意, 但第一次嚟, 都係叫啲大路啲嘅嘢試吓先例湯夠老火, 章魚髮菜好夠味招牌海濤雞飯, 應該係泰式海南雞飯嘅變奏, 雞底有啲麻酸海藻, 檔酸瓜食, , 開胃, 唔錯!雞嘅皮唔爽, 有啲厚, 好在冇乜皮下脂肪, 雞肉嫩滑但冇咩雞味, 要點酸汁嚟食若以招牌押上去, 呢味雞仲爭啲...反而雞飯有雞味, 唔油, 但夠煙韌同粒粒分明腰果蝦仁望落淡茂茂, 但出奇地好鑊氣, 蝦仁爽脆但蝦味略欠, 好在琉璃獻打得好, 補上好味道腐乳生菜, 腐乳太太太輕手, 亦欠鑊氣結論, 如果下次同樣時間同樣地區搵唔倒嘢食, 會去試佢其他嘢

反而雞飯有雞味, 唔油, 但夠煙韌同粒粒分明
腰果蝦仁
望落淡茂茂, 但出奇地好鑊氣, 蝦仁爽脆但蝦味略欠, 好在琉璃獻打得好, 補上好味道
腐乳生菜, 腐乳太太太輕手, 亦欠鑊氣
結論, 如果下次同樣時間同樣地區搵唔倒嘢食, 會去試佢其他嘢

27-8-2010睇了食友 sosoku 關於呢度的雞飯食評, 幾有興趣, 是日到灣仔「下場」前專登早幾個站落車嚟試試, 叫的亦當然係招牌「海濤雞飯」($38; 跟例湯).例湯係西洋菜蜜棗煲豬展? 飲落清甜無 MSG, 火喉不錯, 喺屋企以外飲到咁樣的湯水, 幾滿足的. 「海濤雞飯」其實即去骨雞 + 黃色的飯, 配酸辣醬汁, 又名「疑似泰式海南雞飯」 雞汁飯偏乾身, 食落帶香茅及蒜味, 還不錯; 去骨雞件肉質一般嫩, 不過又有唔少骨膠原啫喱 雞皮唔薄但食落算爽滑, 還不錯. 墊底的有大量海藻絲, 食落實實的, 唔算好喜歡; 青瓜絲就腍得很, 質地似罐頭 peach , 食落係單調的酸, 唯有放棄. 仲有旁邊一小碟螢光橙色, 供蘸雞食的酸辣醬汁, 不過絕對得個酸字, 好悶的味道.$38 一客, 可以一試, 不過試過就算了.P.S. 呢碟雞飯當然食唔出 d 咩「醉人情懷」啦, 只係店名令我諗起細個時電視日播夜播的髮型屋廣告...

「海濤雞飯」其實即去骨雞 + 黃色的飯, 配酸辣醬汁, 又名「疑似泰式海南雞飯」
雞汁飯偏乾身, 食落帶香茅及蒜味, 還不錯; 去骨雞件肉質一般嫩, 不過又有唔少骨膠原啫喱
雞皮唔薄但食落算爽滑, 還不錯. 墊底的有大量海藻絲, 食落實實的, 唔算好喜歡; 青瓜絲就腍得很, 質地似罐頭 peach
, 食落係單調的酸, 唯有放棄. 仲有旁邊一小碟螢光橙色, 供蘸雞食的酸辣醬汁, 不過絕對得個酸字, 好悶的味道.

$38 一客, 可以一試, 不過試過就算了.

P.S. 呢碟雞飯當然食唔出 d 咩「醉人情懷」啦, 只係店名令我諗起細個時電視日播夜播的髮型屋廣告...

Another chinese choice in Wan Chai, yet on another heavily polluted road.The menu range is interesting, especially the fried treasures, which usually cost a few dollars per piece, while here they serve it at $48 dollar per portion.The "Money Ting" chut chean yat ding and the abalone corners is also interesting, although I cant guess what it is.

晚上八時,工作老是榦不完,呆坐在辦公室,斯人獨憔悴,都是先吃個晚餐再算,走到灣仔最廣闊的街上,行人卻不多,望望天空,空無一物,原來今夕是舊曆廿八,怪不得看不見月滿軒尼詩的景象,更不要奢望像張學友有湯唯陪吃飯,獨個兒找點自己喜歡吃的便算。il Bel Paese 吃過了,沙爹王,又怕熱氣,看見這新店,試試吧!店內一個客人都沒有,隨便找個卡座,店員介紹了晚市的套餐,有元朗蒸烏頭,潮州煎蠔餅等等,結果我點了其招牌海濤雞飯,是海南雞飯的表親吧!先端來一碗老火湯,是菜乾、紅蘿蔔煲豬骨,味道一般,亦略鹹。招牌海濤雞飯用一鵝蛋碟上,一邊放飯,一邊放雞,旁邊還有酸酸醒胃的青瓜。飯是黃色的,有點像印度的黃薑飯,有薑和蒜的味道,還有一些南洋香料,飯算是好吃,也慶幸飯裏沒有混入雞油,否則三酸甘油酯又高幾度,雞已起骨,有雞胸和雞腿部份,雞肉頗嫩滑,份量亦不差,味道亦無投訴,連附上的辣醬也不用醮,墊底的還有切成一絲絲的海藻,爽口和有特色。吃飽後,人變得精神,又要快樂地為家庭繼續作戰。
