話說知道有呢間野好耐下㗎啦,但係食泰國粉咁既價位真係唔係太值得,但又好評如潮喎,咁就唯有搵一個節日去食啦,就係周年慶祝了。等位等左好耐,有曾經諗過係咪真係要等落去,最後答案係值得一等嘅。叫咗一個和牛麵及一個雞麵,好味到呢~百幾蚊咁細碗都值!好有鮮味,湯底夠濃,將啲咁簡單咁低下階層嘅嘢煮到咁好味應該好難!我地坐bar枱,個廚好nice 問我地有冇食過,有介紹我哋食佢既甜品,知道我地食周年飯仲請左個湯丸我地食,好味,真係乜野都好味

其實已經食過samsen幾次,今次終於的起心肝食個食評讚讚佢。和牛湯河真係名不虛傳,湯底好濃郁,好好味,牛肉又唔會話得一兩片,而且係可以飲哂成碗湯的。我地仲叫左芒果糯米飯同生菜包,都冇令我地失望。雖然呢間泰國米芝蓮餐廳成日都要排長龍,價錢又唔平,但質素真係好高,會令人繼續想去食。

Visited this restaurant for several times already and their boat noodles are always my top choice! I love how thick, rich and deeply flavoured the soup is. The stir fried flat noodles w/ wagyu tasted very nice as well, despite that fact that it’s too spicy for me. Their mango sticky rice is sooo authentic that they had sesame seeds on top of the sticky rice, which is so rarely seen in HK!.

这是第四十三篇征服——泰面,香港湾仔“去上次那一家吗?”牧之问。我牵着他的手,走在湾仔地铁站里,上了手扶梯,牧之爬上我的腿,搂着我的脖子,我把他的脸从我的脸旁推开,说:“是狗吗?磨磨磨的。这家你有去过,但我不知道你说的上次那家,是哪一次。”前天早上跑步时,感觉到香港已经入秋,起风了非常舒服,这时候就可以来吃泰面,因为即使排队,现在的太阳晒起来非常舒服。泰面在平日中午,可是要排上半小时,所以在夏天,我并不会来吃,会被太阳晒到头昏脑胀、食欲全消。有一次我提早了约莫20分钟到店门口,已经有十几个人在排队,店里坚持12点才让顾客进入,所以即使我能够吃到午餐的第一轮,依然在32度的艳阳下,站了20分钟。今天到的时候还有两张台,运气很好,结果牧之哥一坐下,就嘀嘀咕咕地说不想吃这家,跟他确认了三次真的不吃后,我点了有点辣、店里的招牌——泰式和牛浓汤河。既然你不吃,那就不用顾忌你点个辣的呗。大力女王先点了个店里一绝的“炸鱼皮”做开胃小菜。鱼皮偏薄,炸的又干又脆,但不是酥酥的口感,是可以感觉到有嚼劲的口感,上面洒着“你吃到就知道是泰式但是又吃不出到底是哪一种泰式”的粉末,又香又好吃但你就是无法形容这些味

征服——泰面,香港湾仔

“去上次那一家吗?”牧之问。
我牵着他的手,走在湾仔地铁站里,上了手扶梯,牧之爬上我的腿,搂着我的脖子,我把他的脸从我的脸旁推开,说:“是狗吗?磨磨磨的。这家你有去过,但我不知道你说的上次那家,是哪一次。”

前天早上跑步时,感觉到香港已经入秋,起风了非常舒服,这时候就可以来吃泰面,因为即使排队,现在的太阳晒起来非常舒服。

泰面在平日中午,可是要排上半小时,所以在夏天,我并不会来吃,会被太阳晒到头昏脑胀、食欲全消。

有一次我提早了约莫20分钟到店门口,已经有十几个人在排队,店里坚持12点才让顾客进入,所以即使我能够吃到午餐的第一轮,依然在32度的艳阳下,站了20分钟。

今天到的时候还有两张台,运气很好,结果牧之哥一坐下,就嘀嘀咕咕地说不想吃这家,跟他确认了三次真的不吃后,我点了有点辣、店里的招牌——泰式和牛浓汤河。

既然你不吃,那就不用顾忌你点个辣的呗。

大力女王先点了个店里一绝的“炸鱼皮”做开胃小菜。鱼皮偏薄,炸的又干又脆,但不是酥酥的口感,是可以感觉到有嚼劲的口感,上面洒着“你吃到就知道是泰式但是又吃不出到底是哪一种泰式”的粉末,又香又好吃但你就是无法形容这些味道是怎么融合在一起的。

所以我都叫泰面是“fushion 泰式”,而且绝对跟店里的大厨是西方人有关系。

泰式和牛浓汤河一上桌,大力女王喝了一口后,立刻说:“好喝。”

然后我想起了将太众多恩人的其中一位——“拍手小安”。能让大力女王称赞的食物,就像能让小安拍手一样稀少。

汤的颜色极深,味道也相当浓郁,但是吃后完全不会有不适感,也就是没有味精等人工香料,完全靠食材本身的味道,牛肉、牛骨味道极其浓郁,然后还是那个感觉,你吃到就知道是泰式但是又吃不出到底是哪一种泰式。

粉是金边粉,煮的透明,滑溜入口带着韧性。

牛肉丸有点硬,吃得出是手打,但是我不喜欢;牛肉片是熟的,带些油脂、滑嫩;最神奇的是牛柳塊,非常软嫩、味道浓郁,里面还有些微红色,但不是带血哪种红,是煮的恰到好处的红。

闹脾气装睡的牧之哥这时候抬起头来,我夹起另一块牛柳,跟他说:“牧之,这个牛肉很好吃,你要不要吃?”

估计闻香闻到饿了,牧之点点头。于是我毫不吝啬的给了他一大块,然后就后悔了,因为就只剩那么一大块......

牧之吃了一半,说:“还有这个牛肉吗?我还要。”
真是识货呀,不枉费你嘴上那颗贪吃痣,不过没有了,你吃的比你爹还要大块你知道嘛…………

被牛柳塊征服的牧之哥,估计了解自己之前装睡、发烂渣是对不起泰面的食物,开始有说有笑,吃着牛肉丸子、牛肉片,一边说辣一边吃的横扫一空。

你永远无法叫醒一个装睡的人,但是好吃的食物可以。

之前睇過好多食評,都有介紹呢間餐廳,終於黎到試一試。原來老闆係澳洲人,在場食客都有好大部分係外國人。叫咗pad Thai($138) 同豬肉船麵($128)試一試,上菜很快(有點驚訝),一分鐘左右已經上咗個pad Thai它說是虎蝦,真的沒有錯,蝦的肉質很好,好像有3-4隻,都是大大隻的。火候都很足夠,算是一碟好食的pad Thai 但碟邊好像少了砂糖?我個人食pad Thai 一定用青檸和砂糖的之後來的是豬肉船麵(不過我忘了影相)。我第一次食船麵,是在曼谷victory monument站附近的那條舊街,幾蚊一碗的那種。這餐廳的船麵是幾十倍的貴價版,它的湯底很濃(我覺得是太過濃了)食咗幾啖已經不太想吃下去五香味不太突出,反而豬血的質感(杰撻撻)比較搶。但豬肉是用心烹調過的,很淋。豬肉丸是正宗泰國的那種。我個人覺得通菜可以落多一點,可中和返豬血的那種杰撻撻的感覺,因為麵也是索味的。我覺得這道菜對我來說有點太重口味。作為一個完滿的終結,我們點了mango sticky rice 這個是我在香港食到算好食的一個,飯的黏度適中,加上有心思的脆米(應該是炸過的糯米),只是芒果真的太少,我食曬個

它說是虎蝦,真的沒有錯,蝦的肉質很好,好像有3-4隻,都是大大隻的。火候都很足夠,算是一碟好食的pad Thai
但碟邊好像少了砂糖?我個人食pad Thai 一定用青檸和砂糖的

之後來的是豬肉船麵(不過我忘了影相)。我第一次食船麵,是在曼谷victory monument站附近的那條舊街,幾蚊一碗的那種。
這餐廳的船麵是幾十倍的貴價版,它的湯底很濃(我覺得是太過濃了)食咗幾啖已經不太想吃下去

這個是我在香港食到算好食的一個,飯的黏度適中,加上有心思的脆米(應該是炸過的糯米),只是芒果真的太少,我食曬個芒果仲有一大半飯
殘念。
既然賣得咁貴,用曬成個芒果應該不過份吧。不竟我在泰國街邊檔買的都係成個芒果切,嘻嘻。

最後,我覺得餐廳係有水準的,但值不值這個價真的見仁見智。有點覺得這是比外國人食的亞洲菜

自從食過一次samsen之後,就成日心心念念想再嚟食。可惜平時太忙真係冇咁嘅時間去排隊攞位,當日其中一位朋友可以早啲去排隊攞位所以好幸運地一去到唔駛等好耐就有得食。船河嘅湯底真係好濃郁,好好味,我朋友飲晒啲湯。不過唔知點解嗰日我嗰碗唔係好熱,所以扣左分。我哋仲叫咗炸魚皮,炸蛋,芒果糯米飯,都冇令我地失望。呢碗船河真係comfort food。希望以後佢哋expand,可以接受訂位咁就唔使次次都要去排隊攞飛先有得食。
