2024.3.20.平日星期三下晝五點左右來食,幾年前一路都食開雞肉多利亞(飯),以前就一直都冇黑椒汁,但係可能餐廳改咗配方,上幾次食都加咗黑椒汁,勁難食,所以上次來食嗰陣落單特登要求走黑椒汁,上次個侍應又話個飯並冇黑椒汁,所以今次咪冇要求照落單,點知今次焗飯上面全部都係黑椒汁🤮🤮一時又有一時又冇都唔知想點仲有個脆脆蝦好地地配沙律醬又變咗蕃茄醬,最搞笑係嚟到俾包蕃茄醬,個沙律醬矜貴到加錢都唔俾轉,個蝦燶晒仲要淋滋滋,之前食都唔係咁😥其他都麻麻地,仲要啲侍應同經理態度勁差,俾錢買難受,唔會再食下次 continue reading

家人和我最近找了間餐廳吃飯,就是位於荃灣的「薩莉亞」。店內裝潢簡約時尚,服務輕鬆親切,讓人高興逛逛就想停留用膳。我們點了8隻原味雞翼,雞翼肥而不膩,外脆內嫩,非常惹味。另有一道野菌忌廉焗飯,飯粒彈牙飽滿,野菌鮮味濃郁,簡直讓人肚子再也塞不下了!我最喜歡就是香焗白汁菠菜,菠菜綠而不膩,配上香濃的白汁口感完美。 最後一道是蕃茄煙肉意粉,鮮美多汁的蕃茄和煙肉激發出濃郁香氣,淋於彈牙滑口的意粉上,分外美味。飲品吧的飲品任飲倒是讓我們飲飽了,下次一定再去這間「薩莉亞」! continue reading

打風屋企附近冇乜餐廳開門,所以就同屋企人揀咗食好耐冇食過嘅薩莉亞!好多年冇食,我印象中飲品吧嘅價錢係$11,依加加到$13!算係幾有良心㗎喇!不過其實諗返都只不過係飲咗兩杯Zero Pepsi 😂😂下次如果再去食嘅話應該唔會再嗌飲品吧!不過值得一讚嘅係佢哋啲杯好似乾淨咗少少!雖然都係忍唔住自己用滾水洗咗兩次😂😂🤔👩🏼‍🍳⬆️雞肉粗管麵呢個係我每次食薩莉亞都一定會嗌嘅嘢食!無退步❤️!⬆️水牛芝士pizza 唔知係咪太耐冇食,覺得佢個Pizza批底好似搏咗少少,不過咁樣仲好唔會太飽,始終上面好多 cheese 🫕 🧀 ⬆️煙肉菠菜純粹係覺得需要少少纖維,所以嗌咗啲菜嚟食😂正常發揮冇乜特別⬆️明太子海鮮意粉🍝唔使有乜期望,係粉紅色,但係就食唔到好濃味嘅明太子!不過咁平就冇得要求咁多啦🤔️🤔️😂⬆️小食拼盤下次唔會再食,會寧願就咁嗌雞翼!因為佢嘅炸雞🍗炸蝦🍤同香腸都係好多粉! continue reading

今日相約了友人,順道一聚兼且晚飯,去了久違的薩莉亞再回味一吓。時值七點多,已有不少食客在等,今天都要等了廿多分鐘始能入座,可能已有一段時間沒有光顧過,發現餐單都加入了一些新的改變。今天只是簡單的點了一客蒜蓉包、一個周打海鮮湯、一個肉丸意粉、原味雞中翼、黑椒漢堡扒。周打海鮮湯都保持一貫水準,味道不錯,能吃得出實在的海鮮味,只是份量仍然和以往一樣,個人感覺少了些。 蒜蓉包的祘蓉夠香濃,惹人食慾。雞翼外表賣相不俗夠金黄,亦很入味不錯。 肉丸意粉上枱了,看上去意粉焗得亁身,入口有咬口感不會太淋;反而是主角的肉丸味道就普通一些。最後再來多一個黑椒汁漢堡扒鐵板扒,看上去賣相不錯煎蛋加粟米粒作搭配,漢堡扒肉份量的比例還可以 ,不會覺得肉少粉太多,醮上惹味的黑椒汁,吃落都想多來一客。而且在薩莉亞進餐價錢是相當經濟的,今晚又是一個不錯的一頓晚飯。 continue reading

「薩莉亞不嬲都話係窮人恩物」但呢句說話已經係以前年代,依家啲嘢已經加晒價,但都無阻你自製平民西餐🍽✌🏽甜蝦沙律🥗(HKD 24):絕無欺場,超多甜蝦仔,真係食落鮮甜😆沙律🥗菜新鮮爽脆,仲有三粒蕃茄仔,加埋薩莉亞沙律醬,食落千島醬,酸酸甜甜,開胃菜一流。粟米忌廉湯(HKD 12):香甜粟米🌽入口順滑,加上適量忌廉增加濃稠度同香氣,不錯👍🏽周打海鮮湯(HKD 12):真係有粒粒蜆肉,但味道比較淡,加咗少少香草🌿調味,仲有蘿蔔粒增加口感,無HEA你。蒜香法包(HKD 10):熱辣辣呈上,法包吾會硬到打死人,反而比較焾身法包,蒜蓉牛油🧈無得輸,仲烘到焦脆邊邊。墨魚汁意大利粉(HKD 32):每次都食到好似烏嘴狗咁,黑漆漆的,但意大利粉經過調味加上橄欖油同鹹鹹地嘅墨魚汁,出奇地夾,仲有煙韌魷魚🦑,份量十足,好味😋。美國肉眼牛扒🥩(HKD 68):牛扒牛味好濃,油脂分布平均,出奇地好食,肉質焾糯,黑椒汁仲帶辣辣地,仲有香甜粟米🌽粒做配菜。總結:自製平價西餐 性價比高 味道唔錯 continue reading
