是日午餐去左附近荃灣嘅 土耳其小城 餐廳喺荃灣千色匯附近,由地鐵站行過去都唔會好遠。餐廳用qrcode落單,店員都可以幫手點單,餐廳都幾多選擇,土耳其菜,印度菜都有提供。我就叫左午餐餐牌嘅 咖哩羊肉 配薄餅,加一份追加小食,雞肉串燒。咖哩羊肉上枱熱辣辣,聞落非常濃香。羊肉份量都幾多,肉質嫰滑,冇羶味,但羊味濃郁。咖哩汁濃厚,微辣惹味。薄餅超大份,加上新鮮烘起,外邊脆卜卜,裏面好軟綿。配上濃香嘅咖哩汁,好好味,食落會有陣陣嘅香料味,味道有層次。雞肉串燒 配味有少少酸味,食落唔油膩仲幾開胃,雞肉粒肉質嫰,而且幾juicy。飲品就叫左杯印度奶茶,少冰少甜。奶茶味道相比港式奶茶淡,可能因為食物偏香多醬汁同重口味,茶味都幾出,加上淡淡嘅奶香,飲落舒服。 continue reading

小編這次在荃灣發現一間土耳其餐廳,一向都很少吃,見價錢合格,食物的種類又吸引,二話不說就入去試吓。小編點了一個極品咖哩2人餐 $278,份量多,相當抵食👍🏻重點是每一道菜都很吸精,顏色相當豐富。有兩款沙律,分別有陸州沙律和浮雲沙律。小編點了浮雲沙律,有椰菜、醃青瓜、番茄仔、椒等。沙律醬份量適中,酸酸甜甜很開胃。南印度貼薩拉雞醬汁比我相象中辣,辣得來又惹味,陣陣香料味😋雞件不算多,但勝在滑嫩。蒜油烤餅當然要配烤餅一起吃,烤餅口感鬆軟。雞肉洋蔥圈超好吃😋外皮炸得酥脆,雖然是油炸,但不油膩。牛肉炒飯第一次吃土耳其的炒飯,飯的口感很特別,粒粒分明,口感不煙靭,帶少少空氣感😂原味乳酸芒果乳酸餐牌如下。 continue reading

近排成日食茶記,總覺得冇新意,今次就食土耳其菜啦。食肆叫做土耳其小城,入面的裝橫非常有中東風格。而侍應應該係土耳其人,需要用英語同佢地溝通。不過餐牌有中文,點餐亦可以用QR code,簡單方便。首先叫左兩杯飲品:印度奶茶茶香特別且非常濃厚,而奶茶上方佈滿肉桂粉,增添香味芒果乳酸顏色,味道都似楊枝甘露,容易入口,口感順滑芝心炸雞件(土耳其版麥樂雞,非常配合枱上嘅3款醬料,紅色是辣醬,綠色是薄荷醬,白色是沙律醬)雞件外脆內嫩,入面充滿肉汁,又有滿滿的芝士,味道豐富多層次。浮雲沙律(雜菜沙律)沙律色彩繽紛,而且沙律醬酸酸甜甜,配上酸青瓜和橄欖,非常開胃。南印度馬薩拉雞(最欣賞菜式)未送上枱已聞到香濃嘅香料味,而且色澤鮮艷,配上綠色的芫荽碎,非常誘人。估唔到係香港可以食到辣得過癮嘅「紅咖哩」雞,又香又辣,令人食慾大增。雞件應該是燒烤過,帶有小小嘅焦香味,令人驚喜。雞件不會太乾身,好似食緊雞肉串燒咁,令人食指大動。蒜蓉烤餅烤餅非常新鮮,不會太油,又有口感。配上不同嘅香料,就算淨食烤餅都好味😋咖喱草原牛肉炒飯顏色豐富,第一次食到比較健康,即冇咁濃味嘅炒飯。不過有不同香料,所以清淡得黎都好味。最後,所用的飯粒較長較淋身,讓人感覺容易消化。附上餐牌: continue reading
