朋友相約會面食Lunch,地道韓國人主理,於是過來一試⋯⋯午餐定食QR code 落單,智能畫面坐枱設計。每個定食有5款醃菜及海帶湯,味道很有韓式風味,一讚。大堂有自助沙律吧,用食物蓋蓋好,很乾淨企理,沙律菜夠新鮮脆口,還有筆者喜歡的芝麻葉,有多款醬汁,DIY自製沙律,用來包肉減去油膩感,正!食店中央部分,就是韓劇很多時出現的燒肉桌設計,有特色,但筆者仍是喜歡坐卡位。韓式豬腩肉~這個午餐定食原來沒有包括白飯,想吃飯的要另外單點。當端上枱時熱騰騰,韓式醬汁驟眼看似是很辣,筆者吃落原來不是,很適合不嗜辣的朋友,但如果愛辣的人,可以到沙律吧位置攞一些韓國青辣椒,筆者眼見朋友吃那青辣椒吃得很起勁。由於有沙律吧!而且豬腩肉及醬汁也算份量夠,所以用沙律菜包腩肉,感覺比吃飯更健康。海鮮煎餅~是預期中的味道,中規中矩。整體來說:可能地段位置關係,在寶勒巷內,當日午市時份大概1:30pm 後到,未算多食客,作為中午Lunch,傾計的一個好地方。 continue reading
