今晚躲懶不做飯 : 放假 懶惰不想做飯,3個人便在外解決。喜歡吃"夾餸扒飯"式中菜的我們, 好耐冇去荃灣shopping. 諗住去下千色果度行下街,再去搵嘢食, 行出商場門向眾安街果邊落扶手電梯,見到一間 紅豆冰室 ,好特別下,門口麵包架賣緊好多種類的包,行埋去睇,見好多人買,原來入邊有自家做麵包的房, 當時有人排隊,排埋一份先,雖然排隊又入得幾快, 茶餐廳嚟講,都好多選擇,我哋叫左小菜,羊架鐵板, 好有水準,有驚喜, 唔同一般茶餐廳咁求其, 可能新開,坐位都算舒服,待應態度又幾好,以茶記嚟講,整體都加分。

從未諗過一間茶餐廳,算是新開嘅茶餐廳,可以用極差嘅質素嚟形容。所有店員態度超差。可能覺得價錢大眾化,茶餐廳格局,所以可以一點禮貌也沒有!受氣不止被編排、一定被編排去坐某一個位置,亦店員抹枱時將所有上手剩下的垃圾,求其抹枱撥晒落凳,完全不再理會。客人要自行再重新抹枱抹凳一次食物質素不好,而且員工送餐時全部拍落張枱度,好彩玻璃沒有爛,可是差點也將米線撥落客人身上,未食已經有米線掉落枱,也在員工手上有米線。這一間店舖希望盡快執笠!

落單時,我話要法式煙三文魚包,年長女店員問唔係餐?我答係,我唔要,然後繼續落雪糕特濃朱古力,佢就mark no,冇問題.然後我老公落,一講乾炒海鮮烏冬,佢就問咩No.,我哋就喺menu搵,搵到後落完單放低張單,我睇睇,冇法式煙三文魚包嘅?於是我叫另一個年長女店員落返,我話頭先漏落,𠲖o家加返,佢問的飲唔飲嘢?我答叫咗.

而後生女店員上菜就冇問題,其實個後生女負責落單,嗰兩個年長啲嘅負責上菜同抹枱會好啲.

有點嘅店長就有點嘅侍應3月29號朝早,我地一行五人預備出遊前到該店食早餐,由於人多關係需要排隊,排到我地時我地便上前,一個侍應不分青紅皂白就行上前並大聲指責到「喂你哋搞乜嘢?排隊啦?」,我家人便解釋到「係排到我哋,我哋係唔會打尖嘅」,事後另一位侍應亦幫我哋解釋,但該指責我哋嘅侍應仲反我哋白眼,一句道歉亦沒有。進入其店後,由於當日沒有座位,我哋五人被分開到兩張枱,我哋於10點零幾分已通過掃QR code落單,等待了30分鐘,期間催促過兩位侍應,每一位都不耐煩地話整緊整緊,但其中一位女侍應再回覆幫我哋睇睇後,行埋咗一邊玩手機。待我們較遲落單的一台已食完,第一台的三份煎蛋多士仍未上。其他俾我哋更加遲入嚟嘅人order咗相同嘅餐點都已食完並離開。由於我們一早已買了10:45嘅巴士,再多次催促無過後,我們並提出退了沒有出餐的三份炒蛋及多士,該餐廳C區的侍應當沒有聽到直接離開。但由於我們距離巴士發車只剩返10分鐘,我哋就將單帶到收銀處要求扣除三份煎蛋及多士錢。該店收銀表示去處理唔到,立即尋求該店店長琳琳出嚟處理,但該店長在多次催促下都不出面處理,再等待5分鐘後才慢慢邊人傾偈邊行出嚟。了解事情經過後

速度高,味道欠奉

—哩個位以前系超市,所以都幾大,裝修新淨,

改善點

幾奇怪,除咗上面講要求調位,店員要問另一個客人外,就係佢哋一時收嘢收得快,一時唔收嘢,我哋同枱嗰個食客食剩啲時,就問人哋重要唔要.之後佢走咗好耐都冇人收嘢,我要叫巡咗多次嘅店員收,佢問我幾多號枱,我點記得?我又唔係喺喥做,自己睇就知啦.

當我哋啱啱食晒嘢,佢哋又會識得走嚟收,真係好奇怪.

當我坐出面,食𡁵我份早餐時,店員拎老公嘅嘢食嚟,有啲不知所措,好似要我移開我嗰份俾佢放低咁,明眼人一睇就知呢份係我老公食,我就唔郁喇,佢至醒目地放喺我老公面前.

星期六去晚餐1)入座坐卡位,發覺跟隔離另一枱卡位完全可以互望,沒有較高隔板,感覺不自然。2)卡位椅背也較低,跟坐後食客可以頭碰頭。3)食物等了25分鐘先到4)兩個扒餐本身跟飯及意粉,來到時好混亂,變了薯條及意粉但扒餐又調轉了5)waiter沒甚禮貌,揮手示意,扮見唔到,又無帶口罩,甚至有個男侍應公然用手捽鼻再落單,很不衛生6)埋單時,居然被兩個食客打尖,收銀員又不理會,很是氣忿一片混亂,不會再幫襯

掃描qr code落單要兩份餐,等左15分鐘只有一份餐同兩杯食品,所以請侍應幫忙跟進一份餐同兩碗湯。結果侍應只取了兩碗湯。等左30分鐘我再請侍應幫忙跟進,侍應話已經無哂食材售罄,叫我轉叫另一個餐。事後負責人道歉態度輕浮,話食材訂唔夠去解釋呢件事。本人係第一次寫食評,想在此提醒其他食客考慮應唔應該光顧此餐廳。

幾日前同老婆到新開張荃灣紅豆冰室食下午茶,我叫下午茶餐干炒牛河,都叫中規中矩,但老婆叫正價焗海鮮飯,嚟到用匙羹撥開,見到竟然得幾粒蟹柳和幾片鳴門卷,一隻冇頭八爪魚仔和芝士汁,咁都叫海鮮飯,全碟得隻八爪魚鬚可以算係海鮮,因我老婆十分鍾意食焗海鮮飯,如餐廳有都會試下整得好唔好食,味道都未試,見到海鮮配料唔對路,竟然連食過最衰得幾粒蝦仁和魚塊粒都冇,原來沒有最衰,衹有更衰,叫姐姐過嚟問下,姐姐叫上司跟進,有位女上司同我地講,不嬲佢地冰室焗海鮮飯就係咁嘅配料,我當然要取消,佢仲叫我地以後係佢地集團餐室,唔好再叫佢焗海鮮飯,我地仲會入去食嘢?
