第一次男朋友帶我去,環境幾舒服(尖沙咀分店),我點左碗叉燒拉面,好好食,麵好爽口,彈牙,食得出唔係普通拉麵,叉燒又多,我想我食左5-7塊叉燒,我未試食一碗叉燒麵有0甘多叉燒,湯底超好味,完全唔覺有味精,事後都唔覺口渴,真係好耐都未食過一碗0甘正既拉麵^o^

So happy that Sanpachi ramen has resurrected!

I was a huge fan of sanpachi 888 back when it was at its old location, and I'm happy to report that the new shop does not disappoint. I had the small miso ramen ($35) which was very sufficient as I would not have been able to polish off the regular size one without busting my gut. The broth was heavenly - flavourful, full-bodied, smooth and a perfect example of what an excellent miso soup broth base should be like. I was a huge fan of sanpachi 888 back when it was at its old location, and I'm happy to report that the new shop does not disappoint. I had the small miso ramen ($35) which was very sufficient as I would not have been able to polish off the regular size one without busting my gut. The broth was heavenly - flavourful, full-bodied, smooth and a perfect example of what an excellent miso soup broth base should be like. I drank the entire bowl and was smacking my lips in satisfaction. The noodles were springy and boiled to a wonderful al dente texture, adorned with beansprouts, onions and bamboo shoots along with a rather lackluster piece of tough pork which I wasn't a fan of. However, I must stress that the star here is definitely the soup, that alone is worth the price of admission.

I went on a Sunday afternoon at around 3:30pm and was the only customer there, it was very quiet but I cherish the peaceful calm and it was fun to see the chefs in the kitchen in action. They really are experts at their craft. I think the taste at this location far surpasses the one in CWB as the broth there can be hit or miss sometimes. The place was reasonably airy and not as cramped as the CWB branch which was nice. Service was adequate, nothing special, the waitress there wasn't attentive enough to fill my glass of water despite seeing it empty, and just stood there staring blankly into space, this aspect can definitely be improved. A side note, I was actually quite thirsty afterwards but I still think the delicious soup was worth it.

Highly recommended if you're in the area.

今晚正當愁緊食咩時，無意間發現888重現尖沙咀﹗興奮莫名的我倆即時走去食。環境 - 很好，是三間店中最舒適及最大的一間。相比從前的尖咀舊店，可能失去了一份日式氣氛，不過，變成可以是一家人一起食拉麵的好地方。服務 - 不錯。因為新開，仍未有太多人知，不用排隊，超正﹗食物 - 一定是三間最好的一間我倆的至愛仍然是「麵豉差燒拉麵」--正正正。湯底濃、配料 (洋蔥及芽菜」極多。拉麵又好味﹗今次我們加了泡菜，原來也很好味﹗﹗不太濃，不會降低及改變湯低的味道。另外也加了蛋 - 一字記之日「super」﹗尖咀店，肯定是比黃埔店更出色的一間。銅鑼灣的一間，相比是最差的。

星期五和朋友專情到尖咀的八八八一試找了一會,原來是由金馬倫道落地庫的落到去已經有4~5個waiter/waitress招呼,但係得一個客!!@@成個場冷清到~但照食~之後叫左一個鹽拉面同豬骨拉面,期間侍應的服務態度良好,好有禮貌,不時加水室內環境比cwb的大很多,也可見到廚房食物方面大致和cwb的沒太大分別,除了尤魚lon左d之外鹽拉面效清淡,伴有芽菜,洋蔥,筍,適合喜歡冇咁濃味既人
