相信去開中環返工嘅你一定成日經過pret A manger~舖頭入面主打賣早餐麵包同埋咖啡 當中有唔少都係採用左健康同新鮮嘅食材 所以就算佢嘅價錢唔算係特別平 我覺得都值得一試嘅食飯時間完全諗唔到食乜 於是就試左佢地嘅熱食我揀咗試mac & cheese 食物味道方面我覺得都好出色 「不」啲通粉出嚟嘅時候係會有輕微嘅拉絲㗎同埋最好嘅係佢唔會食幾啖就已經好滯 所以我勁快一啖接一啖咁已經食晒成個通粉 好滿足如果你係中環返工嘅人就唔好錯過啦！

今日下午時份行過 Pret A Manager，就想入去一下，諗諗下就買返個包做下午茶嘆返下，其實入去都未有什麼想食，但剛剛見到有麵包出爐，原來係法式千層提子包，熱辣辣香噴噴就忍唔住即刻買返個試吓。第一次食呢個包食落去仲熱辣辣的，因為係剛出爐關係，這份新鮮軟綿綿感覺份外好食，而且麵包很鬆軟，千層酥皮做得好好，層次分明又唔覺得很油膩，加上提子帶出的一陣陣嘅甜味，令我一食就回味無窮，下次一定會再食呢款包^^

每次食pret既早餐都會買佢😊👇🏻蘇格蘭煙三文魚全麥法式軟包💛🌟💲16呢個價錢食到甘高質既包，真係平、靚、正❣️🤗 煙三文魚好足料，都幾厚身😍 青瓜爽脆，清甜。配上蛋黃汁令到個包層次感up‼️成個包都好juicy💦一啲都唔乾👍🏻 而且個法式軟包係用全麥整既，好健康🥰 值得一提既係pret既包係每日新鮮製造既，所以買完最好趁新鮮快啲食啦😋唔好睇佢好似細細個，都幾飽肚架

Byebye starbucksByebye pacific其實pret質素都唔錯～参巴雞肉牛油果wrap $44入面有雞肉 牛油果 菠菜 紅甜椒 参巴醬参巴醬辣辣地咁幾吊味 成個都好fresh因為蔬菜比例都算多 不過如果可以多啲雞肉同牛油果會更好👻

I have always love the food from Pret A Manger. The sandwiches are yummy, salad are healthy. Some of the stores even provide hot dishes like rice, lasagna and soup. This is the place I prefer when I only have a short time without any compromise on the food quality. I usually order a soup with a salad, sandwich or noodles. I have disappointed with the taste. They have always been able to strike a balance between taste and healthiness.I feel healthy and satistied eating lunch in Pret-A. There are labels on the package "come today, gone today" well done!
