同事推薦中環一間賣唔同"餅乾漢堡"嘅餐廳，睇相片有少少似係用scone夾住唔同餡嘅漢堡！但因為網上嘅資訊唔多，所以就親自黎試下，結果食物都幾有驚喜！入去坐低之後，因為想知道Biscuit係咪即係scone，順便問下侍應有無推薦嘅餐點，女侍應好熱心咁推薦佢地嘅招牌Buttermilk Biscuit同Pancake! .🔸Pancake - Blueberry一上檯見到個pancake就已經好期待喇！鬆餅厚厚一塊，食落質地好軟，鬆餅本身唔算太甜，夾埋鋪喺面嘅藍莓果醬同果肉一齊食，甜度啱啱好😋.🔸Biscuit - Sausage & Bacon, Egg and Cheese最後點咗兩款Biscuits，Biscuit同scone係唔一樣㗎，係手工造嘅，亦唔會好似scone裡面咁乾同埋凍冰冰餅乾嘅口感好酥脆帶少少牛油香，裡面夾住一塊厚嘅圓香腸﹑芝士片同埋烤細長薯條，口感好特別💕另外依款Biscuit夾住烤到好酥脆嘅煙肉片﹑厚蛋片﹑烤芝士片同埋蕃茄醬亦都好好味啊！如果鐘意試新嘢﹑同侍應有多少少互動，依間餐廳會係唔錯嘅地方！ continue reading
