Seriously next level! Tried a few pesto pastas before, but this might just be the best in HK🥇. No overpowering ‘grass’ taste here—just rich, nutty, cheesy flav🧀. The pesto comes even better with rocket and pine nuts. And that chicken? Unbelievably juicy, not dry at all. 10/10 would slurp again🤤! Bonus points for the super polite waiters who checked in at the end to see how we liked it.

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Shrimps🦐 $118
The pasta is cooked al dente and clings perfectly to the rich, garlicky oil🧄. The garlic slices and bouncy fresh shrimps🦐 are matched so right. The only note: the dish is rather garlicky in the best way, so pair it with a drink would perfectly balance it out.

The matcha is rich and earthy, balanced perfectly by that thick cloud ☁️ of sweet whipped cream on top. Stir it in, or sip directly for a sweet-bitter contrast. Either way, it’s a must-try for matcha lovers.
