#潮州香煎蠔烙,吃潮州菜必點這個,好好味!
#骨香鵝肉片,另一必點項,鵝肉吸收了鹵水的濃香,好吃!墊底的鹵水豆腐是強勁加分項!
#普寧豆醬雞,第1次吃,雞肉很入味,連骨都化開,挺喜歡的菜!

今天相約相公去這間潮州食店午膳,看見枱與枱之間的距離相隔很恰當,感覺良好;坐下侍應員先給我們酒精搓手液。相公愛吃的紫菜魚蛋魚片湯,魚蛋和魚片都很彈牙很爽又有口感,紫菜加清湯,簡簡單單,飲落又清又甜。燻魚亦是我倆的摯愛,用筷子取起連汁帶魚一起咬下來,這樣的掛汁吃魚,實在好極。對我來說不能決少的潮州餸,潮式炸雙棗,熱騰騰地咬在口,很香口呵,慢慢地咀嚼,非常有嚼感亦不怕乾。我倆選擇了糖醋伊麵的做法是單面脆,另一面不用煎,很特別亦很軟軟脆脆,另有別的層次感。
