下班去尖沙咀買點東西,先到這個美食廣場吃個晚餐。美食廣場有眾多店舖,但要嚐到豆腐鍋,就只有這間韓國店。美食廣場提供大量座位,適合一人或朋友聚會。如店名所說,這裏主打「五色‧五味‧五法」,主要售各式豆腐鍋,香氣撲鼻的韓式豆腐鍋,是豆腐迷必訪的餐廳。COMBO!($148)套餐,包括前菜、豆腐鍋和主食,比起單點更划算。三款韓式前菜,泡菜爽口入味。豆腐鍋選了雜錦豬肉海鮮豆腐鍋,單點$138。可選辣度,選了小辣,不會過辣及蓋過食物的味道。上桌時熱燙,豆腐鍋用料豐富,有蝦、青口、豆腐、粉絲、墨魚仔、娃娃菜和豬肉等。滑豆腐量足,掛上小辣的湯汁。喝一口香熱的辣湯,吃一口嫩滑豆腐,再吃一口白飯,最後吃一隻爽口的大蝦,是一個大滿足。主食選了韓式炒牛肉。牛肉鮮嫩,份量十足。結合牛肉的肉香和豐富的韓式調味料,加上充分掛上醬汁的洋蔥,惹味帶點香甜。牛肉頂層灑上白芝蔴和蔥粒,把鐵板上的牛肉汁澆到飯粒中,拌飯吃十分適合,也略略解除豆腐鍋的辣。 continue reading

行完k11 Musea,去左food playground 搵食。花多眼亂,最後揀咗OPPA KOREAN TOFU HOUSE。我點咗個Combo Set,$148韓式伴菜有海帶絲,泡菜,毛豆花生,係傳統韓國料理必食伴菜什錦豬肉海鮮豆腐鍋小辣嘅辣度剛好,唔會掩蓋食材本身嘅味道。鍋裡面有蝦、青口、娃娃菜、豆腐、大蔥,粉絲,同金菇菜,豆腐滑溜溜,吸滿咗湯底嘅精華,海鮮新鮮,豬肉嫩滑,最後連個湯都飲埋。BBQ牛仔骨鐵板上嘅牛仔骨香氣四溢,外面烤得焦香,肉質鮮嫩,醬汁香濃又唔膩,真係一口接一口。泡菜牛肉飯卷 $58裡面有醃蘿蔔、芝士、牛肉同玉子,牛肉嘅香味配上泡菜嘅酸辣,口感層次好豐富,食到最後都想encore多一卷 continue reading
