平時買外賣好多時都見呢間串燒店未開,後尾知道原來佢淨係開晚市,今日過黎買外賣,咁岩見到佢有開,所以就算已經買左好多野食,都想試下呢間門面感覺都好有風味,加埋d泰文,好似好正宗咁選擇都幾多喎,價錢就中間啦,又未算好平,一串豬肉串燒15蚊,除左串燒仲有好多野食,好似泰式魚呀、沙律呀、粉麵飯果d都有,都幾多人買因為已經買左其他野食,所以就買少少試下,買左豬、雞、牛串燒各2串,都燒得好香,又唔會太乾,個沙嗲汁幾好味然後仲買左個馬拉盞炒芥蘭,呢個個味都ok,但芥蘭就有d老,麻麻地啦下次會試下其他野

因為香港租金貴,龍金利店舖細細,所以主要是做外賣的,如果唔係住在附近,根本唔會留意這店舖,師傅仔是地道泰國人,每每都見到他們唔係太多說話而默默做,而味道又相當唔錯,喜歡他們的柚子沙律,醬汁帶陣陣的蝦米味,相當地道,燒雞、冬陰公、燒魚、生菜包、蒜蓉包、都是例牌會叫,有時候人少少,偶爾會有兩張細枱坐抵食,可是如果遇上食環處的話,我試過拎住碟燒雞走鬼,相當刺激⋯⋯所以這店我冬天來嘅時間比夏天多,因為大排擋風味都係留待天氣涼會比較好,如果外賣嘅話,當然一年四季都冇有怕

今日公眾假期又去食呢間。知佢小店,廚房細,等耐少少都正常。我地2個人叫左個肉碎海鮮粉絲加青咖哩炒飯。叫2碟野 ,等成40分鐘鬆d出碟粉絲, 等55分鐘出碟炒飯。中途有禮貌咁吹佢快d , 但係完全無視我地。中途仲俾我見到,有d人坐得耐過我地,後加單(我早過佢叫),都出晒野。後來觀察佢地係出完一檯人既食物 , 個檯人準備走 ,先去整第2檯既食物。而我地見我碟炒飯上枱時新鮮熱辣,原來係我等到約50分鐘時先炒 ~嬲爆 ! 再計等檯15分鐘,快食15分鐘。整餐用了1個半小時 ,我以為自己食法國菜 (嬲) , 以後我,仲叫我d朋友唔再黎 !

上次經過聞到陣陣串燒香氣,可惜已吃飽,今晚專程過來晚飯!店舖十分小,只有兩三張枱在室內,食物種類不算多,可能因為店主是兩兄弟一腳踢。首先當然試下串燒,兩串豬兩串雞,很香,雞肉肉汁飽滿,內裡嫩滑,豬肉充滿油香,不會乾身硬化木瓜絲沙律,這個滿分酸,辣,甜,咸....拿捏得非常好,算是食過既少有的超水準泰式炒金邊粉,通常呢個菜會試得出師父功架! 由於媽媽是泰國人,自小就食這道菜長大,其他香港的泰國餐廳通常會作點改變來遷就港人口味,會加茄汁,會加比較多的糖,攪到變左茄汁意粉咁.....兩兄弟是泰國人,保留了泰國做法,沒有加茄汁,加了傳統的蝦米仔,比較大量的生芽菜,雖然不是泰國芽菜,泰國人十分喜歡吃芽菜!但略嫌唔夠乾身! 另外還點了一杯龍眼冰,味道濃郁,整體飲品做得不錯

今日如常打完羽毛球, 同老公係荃灣搵野食, 之前試過佢地既串燒, 覺得唔錯, 今次一於坐底試下佢地既粉!

佢冇室內位子, 全部都係坐街外, 舖頭細細, 只有老闆娘同佢老公負責(我估佢地係泰國華橋), 但係都好多人幫襯買外賣呢。本身唸住係前一晚訂定條烏頭魚食, 但因為最近經常落雨, 而佢又只得室外位坐, 最後驚會落雨而冇訂到 (烏頭魚要係前一晚訂先得有食食架!)

所以, 我地今日叫左串燒同湯粉, 串燒叫左:雞肉, 牛肉, 豬肉, 豬肉丸(相片只得一串半, 因為太肚餓, 食完先記得要影相
), 魷魚鬚, 大部份都係$10 一串, 好抵, 啲肉唔係薄咦薄咦個啲, 燒完唔會乾晒, 有口感, 有肉質感! 豬肉丸係係泰國食個啲細細粒個隻, 好味, 個魷魚鬚係老闆娘即串即燒, 所以等左一陣先有, 我覺得燒得唔係好夠熱, 有微暖, 但係個汁好味!

我地每人仲叫左一碗粉, 楝左冬陰公湯底 (仲有雞湯湯底), 配料我要左豬頸肉+豬肉丸, 老公楝左墨魚丸+魚蛋 (老公個碗無影到相, 又係因為食晒先記得要影相...哈), 個湯底一個字"正", 簡直可以當冬陰公湯飲晒添, 我地今次棟左少辣, 下次我要試大辣先得。魚蛋我冇試, 唔知味道如何, 但老公話好味, 墨魚丸得呀! 唔係得粉個隻, 係食到有墨魚架, 有咬口! 豬頸肉有成七片咁多呀....一碗粉配兩款餸, 都只係$39...抵啦! 係出面九龍城食個啲乜乜泰國餐館, 一碗閒閒地都收你六十蚊啦...仲要邊有可能有七片豬頸肉咁多俾你呀!

Other Info. : 返到屋企唸返轉頭, 覺得老闆娘好似計多左我地$18, 不過算啦...就算計多左, 佢都好抵食..
