個日午餐想吃得健康啲，就諗住食NOC。雖然要等，但都好快就有位。NOC環境好舒適，成個感覺好放鬆。今次我就叫咗牛肉沙律，味道一如既往地好。裡面有新鮮的沙拉菜、無花果、牛油果、南瓜、小番茄和牛肉，顏色好靚好豐富。好少餐廳嘅沙律配料咁豐富，仲會有無花果，滿滿的蔬菜和蛋白質，配埋酸酸嘅黑醋汁，好啱夏天食。呢個沙律不僅口感清新，而且營養均衡，對於我咁樣想要控制飲食嘅人嚟講，真是個不錯嘅選擇。餐廳員工都好友善，下次我一定會再嚟嘗試其他健康嘅選擇！ continue reading

有陣時吃得太過多肉，就會想吃得清淡一點，NOC就是最好的選擇😊我們當天點了兩個輕食和一杯飲品。牛油果三文魚多士，烤得香脆的多士上，一邊鋪滿了新鮮切片的牛油果，另一邊搭配上咸香的三文魚，還有爽脆的洋蔥絲和菠菜葉，口感層次豐富，清爽不膩🤤煎雞胸沙拉，內容超級豐富。有香甜的無花果、南瓜塊、新鮮的牛油果和番茄，煎得金黃的雞胸肉口感嫩滑，還有一顆完美的水波蛋，味道和營養都滿分☺️抹茶latte 的拉花十分精美，抹茶味濃郁醇厚，與牛奶融合得恰到好處，每一口都能感受到絲滑順口🤠這家餐廳無論是食材的新鮮度，還是菜品的搭配和口味都很出色，很適合追求健康飲食又想享受美味的朋友們。 continue reading
