    在尖沙咀午餐之後,朋友繼續找我吃下午茶,依然是在附近找一下有什麼下午茶吃,選了這一家N O C,很多次都是經過沒有去吃這一次想說試試看點了一個雞肉沙拉,裡面份量真的有很多,煎的雞肉份量多,還有牛油果、南瓜、蕃茄、水煮蛋，真的是滿滿的營養餐，份量真的是有夠大，我等於多吃了一份午餐。味道就是勉勉強強新鮮，沒有說什麼特別好吃或不好吃就是原形食物，因為最近要排毒都是吃一些比較健康的套餐下次還會再過來吃一下其他東西然後喝一杯咖啡點一些甜品吧 continue reading

    今時今日竟然有好服務真係好難得，仲要幾個同事幾個都有禮貌好服務，仲要其中有一個燦爛嘅笑容，真係好耐冇試過食到一餐咁開心嘅lunch。呢個toast除咗外形兩之外，切開就係咁嘅樣，個炒蛋仍然係流心嘅，所以食落去好creamy，但係個toast又冇畀啲蛋汁整到淋曬。呢個菇味道幾好，食落去好fresh。呢個開心果cake又係好食，一粒粒開心果碎黐滿喺件cake 嘅旁邊。coffee就揀咗熱嘅americano同埋凍嘅white coffee。 continue reading

    星期五食好啲，跟同事在新太陽廣場的NOC食lunch, 要等大約十多分鐘，店舖寬躺坐位多，裝潢以白色為主題，簡潔明亮！我們選擇了all day breakfast 、香煎三文魚手工扁帶麵及加配了煙三文魚，飲品選了濃縮咖啡氣泡特飲！全日早餐份量多，當中的露筍和西蘭花芝士薯餅很好吃；香煎三文魚很香口，魚皮香脆魚肉嫩，份量剛剛好！也喜歡這個濃縮咖啡氣泡特飲，平日主食加購飲品平啲；店內有自助檸檬水提供，menu 也有甜點選擇。 continue reading

    同朋友catch up, 想搵個地方食tea。見到依間環境簡潔舒服的cafe, 坐低叫左一個牛肉沙律bowl同開心果巴斯克蛋糕。牛肉好香，有得揀要五成七成定全熟，好細心。另外，牛油果配南瓜配無花果的組合也實在非常健康而且好味！岩晒低碳飲食健康人士！個蛋糕都係好正，我好中意開心果，佢兩邊鋪滿開心果碎，芝士味也剛好，好滿意！ continue reading
