自從有了小朋友之後,生日飯多選擇食午餐來慶生。一來吻合小朋友一起進食的時間,二來易於控制整個流程。洲際酒店是慶生的熱門之選之一:Lobby Lounge、Steak House、buffet,甚至乎Rech早已品嚐過,今趟慶生就選擇我最愛的日本料理:由店主Nobu San 以其名開設的新派日式fusion餐廳 - NOBU。 木飾面牆的入口襯托著招牌,簡約的和式風格。走到裡頭卻是另一番景象:先是穿過華麗的酒吧區; 內堂雖然沒有高樓底的優勢,焦點落在一列玻璃窗外壯麗的維港景色。室內設計的重點莫過於要說是由過萬個海膽殻切成的天花了! 平日午市席上的食客挺多,不過未至滿席,加上HSBC最近有8折優惠,為確保可以享受窗外維港美景,還是先訂座較為妥當。餐廳佔地甚廣,壽司吧檯、卡座、圓形散檯等,最搶手的當然是靠窗的座位。亦有給小朋友的highchair提供。 Lunch menu大致由4款套餐組成:招牌便當盒 $388、自選便當午餐 $408、瞬食午餐 $368 和早月小滿特選午市套餐 $668。除此之外還有:9款丼定食、冷盤熱盤、陶板燒、壽司刺身、天婦羅,亦有麵類、湯和飯供應,選擇十分之多,花多繚亂且豐儉由人。 鹹味主食選擇外,估不到甜品也有便當,三款精選甜品的便當為$110;無限暢飲清酒都只是加$200/位,最適合愛酒之人。 自選便當比招牌便當多付一點點就有多好多選擇,更是吸引,其中一個選擇自然落在這項上 - 自選便當午餐 $408 便當有冷盤熱盤之分,各有6項選取其中的三項。冷盤選擇了:霜降燒金槍魚腩刺身配山葵醬汁、鯛魚刺身伴XO莎莎、雜錦魚生飯。 既然說是便當,理所當然地用木製的盒子盛載,不要少看這三格的份量啊,而且午餐附有味噌湯及白飯,吃下挺是飽足。 霜降燒金槍魚腩刺身配山葵醬汁 驟眼看燒過的金槍魚有點似半熟的牛肉,魚腩入口口感細緻,伴隨的山葵醬汁不單沒有搶喉的刺激,配上大蔥同吃反而更添惹味,不錯的冷盤。 鯛魚刺身伴XO莎莎 切得厚薄適中的鯛魚口感輕盈,鯛魚的鮮味跟自家製的XO莎莎鹹香鮮味非常搭配!味道調和融洽,創新的配搭,最討歡心的一道! 雜錦魚生飯 絕不欺場的雜錦魚生:三文魚、魚籽、吞拿魚、魷魚、鮮蝦和蛋粒等,色彩繽紛份量亦十分多,每款魚生也挺新鮮。 冷盤已是很不俗,令人期待熱盤的到來。熱盤方面選擇了:鱈魚西京燒、燒帆立貝及海蝦半南美式味噌醬、燒帆立貝及海蝦半南美式味噌醬。 鱈魚西京燒 店方的招牌菜之一,如2/3隻手掌大的鱈魚燒得帶微微焦香,魚肉十分嫩滑肥美,魚油香加上略甜的燒醬汁,確是惹味非常! 燒帆立貝及海蝦半南美式味噌醬 雖然置於便當一格中,但擺盤也很講究細緻,以蘆筍和粟米點綴,多份fusion味道。帆立貝和海蝦肉質新鮮,爽口彈牙,輕輕燒過後更添鮮味,沒有深究南美式的味噌醬是怎樣一回事,只知令帆立貝和海蝦肉更相得益彰。 櫻花蝦椰菜炒烏冬 烏冬份量多,櫻花蝦也下得慷慨,加上鰹魚片、黑芝麻等食材,美味得連小朋友也很愛吃這烏冬,不斷地索求呢! 另外一個午餐選擇了有頭盤、主菜和甜品的 - 瞬食午餐 $368 。頭盤和主菜均是6選1,大多數以魚類和壽司刺身為主,亦有沙律和美國牛肉提供。頭盤:新派三文魚刺身 猶如西餐的擺盤,視覺先行的一碟。三文魚刺身吸盡醬油調味的精華,加上芝麻粒和蔥段,十分香口。 主菜選擇了:雜錦天婦羅 炸得金黃的天婦羅有:炸蝦、南瓜、鮮菇、蕃薯,當然不少得紫蘇葉的份兒。脆薄的炸漿咬下鬆香可口,沒有油膩的負擔,除炸漿的調配、師傅的手勢外,新鮮的食材也記一功! 甜品:凍威士忌咖啡杯 杯面是一層用威士忌打成的雪白泡沫,下層卻是隱藏了味道猶如Tiramisu 般的可可脆粒和咖啡忌廉。或許是加了威士忌關係,令咖啡味比一般甘濃,同時亦帶點苦澀,挺有特色的小甜品。 餐牌內有迷你定食供12歲以下的小朋友選擇,考慮到小朋友未可享受刺身的美味,於是單點了碟 - 蛋卷 $30 單是觀看文字時以為是類似煎蛋甜蛋的慣常,到呈上時外型極像蛋糕般,非常有驚喜的一碟!吃下口感似是梳乎厘,輕盈柔軟之餘帶少許濕潤,蛋味亦挺香濃,蛋卷創新的演繹手法,莫說是非常討小朋友歡心,就連大人也很愛吃呢! 到最後當然是慶生甜品出場:Hanakotoba 蓬萊·花見 $148 由玫瑰荔枝慕絲、荔枝焦糖布甸、海綿蛋糕和燒酌沙冰組成。 名字漂亮的一道創作甜品,賣相卻是造出冷酷的一面,完全顛覆了玫瑰和荔枝本身的美,更見驚喜,感覺十分特別。荔枝的清甜、玫瑰的幽香,整體甜度不高,加上燒酌的濃醇,味道平衡得很。 Nobu San曾到南美學藝,將南美手法融入菜式中,因此新派的日式料理亦是店方賣點之一。具新意的便當菜式;服務到家的殷勤有禮;最後還送上生日即影即有照片,留下浮光掠影飛舞,令人稱心滿意的慶生選擇。 continue reading

老婆剛剛完成一個為期3天嘅實習,面對一啲特殊兒童,真喺需要花唔少心力,故此,帶佢嚟到洲際酒店以創意「新派」日本菜式享譽國際嘅「NOBU」食餐高質素嘅日本菜,以示慰勞兼鼓勵一下佢。是日天氣非常好,到嚟呢一類「有景」嘅餐廳食晏,自然其附加價值更能突顯。踏入餐廳,先喺俾客人淺酌嘅酒吧區,除日本清酒,其實依家日本出嘅威士忌都幾有名,不過,始終喺午市時段,非飲幾杯嘅黃金時間。但整體裝修得幾有有氣派,如果夜晚嚟肯定頗有氣氛。再走入啲,就喺用餐區,裝修無話好重日本風,相反,就走摩登路線,加上地方寬敞,服務又好熨貼,予人感覺會喺輕鬆寫意啲。整個用餐區都喺面向維港,180度維港景盡入眼簾,當然近窗口嘅枱喺「最佳觀景」位置啦,偌大嘅玻璃窗,讓陽光透入嚟,尤其是今日咁好陽光,個人感覺都清爽啲。餐廳中央嘅天花,亦都甚有特色,初時望上去都唔覺,細心啲睇喺一串串長形嘅貝殼物,之後,據店方介紹,原來喺海膽刺嚟,真喺長知識,仲用咗成45萬支咁多,真喺唔知咁整法要花幾多個小時。一黑一紅嘅餐牌,前者喺食物餐牌,後者則喺飲品餐牌。打開食物餐牌,頭幾頁就喺較多人會揀嘅套餐菜式,基本上有3大類別,分別喺「招牌便當盒」($388)、「自選便當午餐」($408)、「瞬食午餐」($368)、「文月大暑午市套餐」($888)、「迷你定食」(兒童餐$300)、「丼」($240 - $688)。「自選便當午餐」及「暖食午餐」睇落就最高性價比,當中以「暖食午餐」感覺划算啲,一份餐已包頭盤、主菜(配味噌湯及白飯)、甜品,故此,我哋都喺選咗呢一款套餐嚟共享。再翻開後幾頁,就喺散點菜式,分類為冷盤、熱盤、陶板燒、刺身、壽司、壽司卷、天婦羅、麵類、湯品。飲品餐牌方面,主要就喺以酒品為主,如清酒、烈酒、雞尾酒……等等,選擇超多,喜歡飲酒嘅客人一定滿心歡喜,其實,當入門口睇見一樽樽不同種類嘅靚酒,好酒嘅朋友已經可能心花怒放。但由於小弟都唔多識飲酒,所以,就無咩點影相。反而,影咗啲非酒精飲品作個人記錄。南美式蕃茄牛油果沙律(瞬食午餐)上過官網睇過其簡介,主廚松久信幸先生結合日本東京傳統的壽司訓練,亦晌南美秘魯、阿根廷,以及在世界各地遊歷,創出新派別嘅日本菜式,而呢一道沙律,就添加咗南美元素。賣相紅紅綠綠,感覺清爽,除牛油果,仲有南美嘅青蕃茄、紅蕃茄、紫洋蔥及藜麥,味道酸爽,令人越食越開胃,喺一道清新嘅頭盤。雜錦刺身(瞬食午餐)另一道頭盤就揀咗雜錦刺身,既然嚟食日本菜,當然食刺身就最能知道食材嘅用料喺點啦。話外話,既為高級餐廳,尤其日本菜,啲盛器都好賞心悅目,就好似頭盤呢兩隻碟,都非常有雅氣,而呢一道刺身三點,賣相精緻亮麗,有甜蝦、三文魚及金槍魚(吞拿魚),每一款刺身都色澤光亮,新鮮度十足,而甜蝦入口肉質黏黏哋卻又有啲爽身;三文魚鎅咗花,寧舍靚仔,十分油潤;金槍魚肉質柔軟且細緻,既鮮甜,魚味又濃。味噌湯及白飯食完啲頭盤,先飲啖味噌湯回暖番個胃先,個湯嘅麵豉味濃郁而不濁,湯內嘅豆腐粒非常嫩滑。日本米向來都出名,睇過一套日劇「下町火箭2」,更能感受到日農嘅堅持同誠意,而碗白飯確喺好有米香,口感黏糯軟熟。雜錦天婦羅(瞬食午餐)食刺身就可以知啲食材用料有幾鮮,而食天婦羅就可以知道師傅手勢有幾耍家,所以,小弟主菜就揀咗雜錦天婦羅,包括有兩隻海老、翠玉瓜、冬菇、紫蘇菜、西蘭花、蕃薯,以日本辣椒仔伴碟。唔單止炸得好靚,粉漿夠晒薄,而且,香脆得嚟半點油膩都無,如披上薄薄金黃外衣,盡顯功架。此外,海老肉鮮且爽,鮮蝦味突出,幾款野菜都好食,食出食材嘅原味,尤其啲冬菇同蕃薯,前者肉厚卻爽身,後者則又粉又甜,可見用料亦不賴。鱈魚西京燒(瞬食午餐)老婆一向喺銀鱈魚嘅死粉,所以,晌主菜一欄,佢完全無懸念就選上鱈魚西京燒,賣相無太多花巧,但勝在件鱈魚份量十足,好有睇頭。除咗燒得焦香之外,肉質細緻嫩滑,極富油香,絕對喺高質素嘅貨色,再佐以點點甜味噌,味道更具層次。雖然個套餐已包頭盤,若然上主菜時,再附加少少冷鉢、漬物、先付之類,就變得更加相得益彰。凍威士忌咖啡杯(瞬食午餐)如果你單睇中文菜名就比較難意會,若留意英文菜名用上Cappuccino一詞,你就明白點解個甜品表面有咁多「泡」,真喺做到成杯意大利泡沫咖啡咁,而表面嘅泡泡幼滑如絲,口感輕柔,最得意喺帶有陣陣酒香;而最底層喺咖啡奶凍,非常香滑,並晌奶凍面鋪上唔少朱古力脆米,增加其口感,整體嚟講有驚喜。朱古力便當盒(瞬食午餐)另一款甜品又喺唔知咩葫蘆賣咩藥,初時以為喺有幾款朱古力甜品拼湊埋一齊,啊!原來喺朱古力心太軟伴抹茶雪糕。雖然,切開個心太軟時,裡面嘅朱古力漿唔喺澎湃咁流出,但亦做到流心嘅效果,此外,整個心太軟嘅朱古力味喺超香濃,面頭又糝咗少少果仁碎,好食;而抹茶雪糕既有抹茶嘅幽香,又有牛奶嘅奶香味,質感挺實而柔滑,兩款甜品都叫人食得稱心滿意。「NOBU」 不愧為一家享譽國際、全球知名嘅日本餐廳,雖然食個午餐都唔喺平,但論及環境、服務、食材用料,確喺物有所值。講到服務一環,都想補充多句,每一類別嘅菜式,都會同步上枱,做足基本;由於侍應都知我倆會共享所有菜式,故此,每一輪都幫忙換上新碟,亦稍稍清潔一下枱面,保持整潔度。「瞬食」一詞,有快速、便捷嘅一餐之意,由於窗外風景好,用餐完畢,我哋都多坐一會享受吓燦爛嘅日光,當然唔會急急腳咁走啦! continue reading

位於香港洲際酒店的NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong,是一間能飽覽維多利亞港景色的高級日本菜餐廳。餐廳的地方很大,擁有180度的維港靚景,早上看到大量遊客在星光大道上拍照,晩上又能看到五光十色的燈光表演,是慶祝記念的好選擇唷。是日下午時份光顧,好姊妹預早訂台跟我慶祝生日,首次品嚐日式下午茶,令我感到好興奮唷。可能是公眾假期的關係,客人很多,聲音有點嘈雜,時日有點天陰,餐廳內的燈光又不太足,有點難拍照呢。Simply T Set $348/位 $548/2位在星級的餐廳吃下午茶,港幤五百多元兩位的價格,絶對過得去哦。鹹點包括:吉列牛肉丸子,鱈場蟹脆包,海蝦紫薯杯,龍蝦嘢菜撻,親子煙三文魚球可愛的圓滾滾丸子,是炸牛丸薯波。軟糯的薯蓉帶有牛肉香,很不錯哦。鱈場蟹脆包則有點失色,蟹味不太濃,竹炭包有點乾硬。海蝦紫薯杯是個新奇的搭配,半鹹半甜,半彈半滑的囗感,同時沖擊囗腔。龍蝦嘢菜撻的龍蝦味頗濃,若果有多點醬汁就更好啦。親子煙三文魚球,是我們的最愛。三文魚味濃郁鮮美,包裹香蔥碎,味道很濃郁呀。甜點包括:醋栗胡麻泡芙,酒香焦糖布丁,西柚可可蜜球,抹茶蜂蜜蛋卷,啤酒窩夫,柚子鬆餅。醋栗胡麻泡芙,芝麻囗味的忌廉泡芙,忌廉很滑幼哦。酒香焦糖布丁,插上一片香蕉,布丁滑溜順囗,加入小量酒精,有畫龍點睛的效果呀。抹茶蜂蜜蛋卷,蛋糕像鬆糕的質感,抹茶控認為抹茶味可以濃多一點呀。最後呈上 啤酒窩夫和柚子鬆餅。啤酒窩夫的啤酒味很濃呀,對於不喝酒的我,覺得太濃烈啦。窩夫頗硬頗扎實,個人更愛牛油囗味呀。柚子鬆餅可抹上柚子醬牛油或忌廉同吃,若果鬆餅和窩夫是熱的話,相信會更加美味唷。紅豆黑蜜抹茶 continue reading

Pretty afternoon tea sets always make me feel good! So lucky we could take our time to enjoy and relax. This soothing tea set really calmed our mind a bit. Being able to enjoy the food and this view here despite the chaotic situation outside was a blessing.The umami dishes (beef katsu ball, lobster vegetable tart, crabmeat bao toast, shrimp purple potato cup, Oyako smoked salmon sphere) warmed our heart; as the sweet dishes (matcha honey roll, grapefruit cocoa gem, caramel rum pudding, black currant goma puff, beer batter waffle, yuzu scone) bred happiness back inside us. To match with the Japanese theme, yuzu and matcha elements were added to the set. Even the butter for scones, it's yuzu butter; but still, clotted cream is my favourite choice to go with scones. They used whipped cream here though, still good. ^__^All items were good, but among all, my favourite was Oyako smoked salmon sphere! It's so good that I couldn't help to close my eyes, just to enjoy the rich taste of it with the salmon roe. Shrimp purple potato cup was surprisingly refreshing. Strong taste of the ocean with citrusy yuzu sauce. Matcha honey roll was my favourite from the sweet dishes. Again, so rich and smooth, fulfilling matcha cream in the middle! Loved it! Oh! One thing they could improve on was the matcha cappuccino I had. It was too light, more like drinking milk with just a little matcha flavor. continue reading

Nobu 香港店 part 1今次回帶去2個半月前Family Sunday Brunch慶生揀呢間餐廳事源係上年Melbourne 初賞Nobu 俾佢地既main - 鱈魚西京燒同dessert - Miso Cappuccino 深深吸引♥️......今次揀既Sunday Brunch Set Lunch 可以隨意揀選菜色配搭 幾casual 不妨一試~ 頭盤 味道中規中矩的:🍴甜蝦刺身靼伴魚子醬🍴松葉蟹配松露薯蓉🍴烤鰻魚鴨肝配蘋果莎莎及黑醋汁淺嚐了其他款式 味道配搭適中 還可以啦香辣金槍魚及帆立貝刺身沙律🥗微辣清爽 幾開胃👍最期待既都係我至愛多既鱈魚味噌西京燒🤤以set lunch既main黎講份量算大感覺比Melbourne 食既冇咁濃味噌味 甜中帶點咸味噌 保持水準 略嫌鱈魚身味噌味不夠濃 正當大家差不多吃完整條魚家人發現魚身出現一條小🐛鱈魚多以雪藏方式購入 亦難怪處理魚既過程會出現🐛這情況可接受 但係餐廳員工既customer service 真係大大扣分當Manger/supervisor 見到咁既情況只係對我地講左一句: I will hand dish to the Chef and to have a look on it 然後直接收走過左好耐 另一位外籍waitress將一碟新煮好既鱈魚端上來 然後一句道歉/解釋也沒有等到差不多吃完 waitress問左一句 is everything alright? 就這樣.....
