睇左「扇稿」講道以家庭式煮法,不加味精的泡飯湯底,加埋吸引既圖片,好想黎試。點知又「領野」。揀了手打紫菜豬肉丸湯飯。先滔一匙湯,哼!得咸味,我意思唔係指佢咸度太咸,而係所謂豬骨湯,味道輕輕,調味既咸味仲重。而那紫菜肉丸用了脢頭肉打成,沒肥肉,口感係與別不同,加左馬蹄,都頗似食生竹牛肉,軟軟腍腍。落左紫菜,味道都唔係咁出。成碗湯飯,整體好寡。呢個星洲food court過江龍,價錢真不廉宜。下次都係幫襯番Toast Box肯定好食先啦! continue reading

天不造美,放假先來橫風橫雨,費事去到咁遠,醒起有報章介紹過奧海城food court開左間新店食湯飯幾好,於是近近地走去幫襯。其實自從呢度大改,變左做大食代後,都好少幫襯,因為覺得門面雖然好似high左,但係食物質素冇乜改善,有d就貴,有d就唔係咁好食,有d就唔吸引,所以通常都係過門而不入。今次都係姑且試下先啦。叫左個自選三餸一菜湯飯,跟報章盛讚嘅豬骨湯底。因為叫左要加錢嘅手打紫菜豬肉丸關係,盛惠$35(不過呢度所有食店慣例都係唔包飲品架,真係一個唔貼心嘅安排)。落單後,等左5到10分鐘左右,終於有嘢食,係白飯一碗同湯+餸(叫左手打紫菜豬肉丸、豬膶、魚片同唐生菜)一大碗。連隨將成碗飯倒落個湯度撈勻佢,呷啖豬骨湯先,發覺味道甚淡(雖然話冇味精啫),唔係咁合自己口味。再試下佢d餸料,豬肉丸鬆就鬆啦,但食唔出有紫菜味,正確點講,應該係冇乜味道,淡得很!其他餸料就一般啦,份量都算ok嘅。順帶一提嘅係,明明自己叫嘅係唐生菜,但結果拿來的卻係西生菜,呢樣嘢就真係大意左d啦!總括來講,呢度應該都唔會再幫襯lu!(呢個世界實在有太多不盡不實的報導了)話時話,其實呢頭咁多選擇,食店要突圍而出有好生意,真係要好食,物有所值先得! continue reading
