美心集團慢慢將他們的《美心MX》改成《MX》了。是好事，也是一個壞事，好事，就是《MX》時尚了；不好事，就是早餐的套餐，再沒有蘿蔔糕食了。是日，早了到銅鑼灣，覺得自己需要食一個早餐。於是，我就選中了早已經變成的《MX》的《美心MX》，又看看這分店有什麼不同。地方，的確是骨子了，時尚了。不過，給大家的感覺，《MX》已經不是香港式的快餐廳，雖然都是快餐店的格局，但似外國的漢堡包店多一點。說真，《美心MX》變成了《MX》之後，我可以說是愛上了。為何我會愛上快餐店? 當然不是食物啦，而是現在的《MX》絕對是一個救星，當手機沒有電時，我一定會想起《MX》，一定要找一個面壁或面窗位‧。而原因就是，《MX》可供客人邊用餐，邊為手機叉電。說食了，我是日的早餐是糯米雞。三個品牌的快餐店都有同樣的出品食，味道都是差不多，所以我一直都懷疑他們用的都是同一個供應商。而《MX》的奶茶比較淡，但其水滑的口感也是令人開心的。糯米雞，味道很濃，入口的肉香是由內至外涉出來的，肉醬，雞翼，臘腸同冬菇的味道，完美地與外層的糯米飯混合，很惹味香口的說。早上人充滿了電，電話也充了足夠的電，滿足地上班去。…Read More

Afternoon tea time and what to eat? I stopped here at MX for a quick and inexpensive bite and notice they now offer baked cheese tarts on their afternoon tea menu.Remember the bake cheese tart craze that started with Bake? I was curious about Maxim's version so I chose that off their menu. You can combine it with a number of items such as chicken leg, noodles or even siu mai! All this comes with a drink for about $30.The cheese tart was warm and looked a bit more cake like than most other versions. It definitely didn't look remotely like the advertisement.Biting into it, it was dry and doughy in taste. The filling definitely didn't lava out. There wasn't a lot of cheese taste and was a bit on the sweet side. The original MX Express in Causeway Bay has renovated and in it's place is the much more snazzier, younger MX from it's Take It Easy line. Complete with drinking stations and sharp new colors, this was a whole new fast food look.I had a craving for chicken thigh ... as sometimes I do. They had a afternoon set that included a chicken thigh, salad and a drink. You get a choice of fried or soysauce marinated. I chose the marinated version. I had expected the salad to be just your usual potato salad but much to my surprise I received a cup of salad with salad greens.Peeling the salad cup open, there was a jar of sesame seed salad dressing.   I poured all the contents onto my plateand was surprised at the amount. There was a lot of salad. The greens were fresh and crisp. The chicken thigh was a decent size as well. It was juicy and moist. Not overly salty as well. 平時對美心MX無特別好感，見免費報紙有一張美心MX 減3蚊試食一品上海湯麵coupon就勇敢試試，睇下有冇驚喜先～攞住coupon直去售票處，佢第一時間問我要唔要加2蚊豬扒？我問唔加豬扒有咩？佢話齋湯麵，冇餸下⋯心諗⋯40蚊食白湯麵，呢個餐真係有人會食❓❓個豬扒同碗湯麵賣相👌🏻 但一咬落件豬扒到，食到一層厚厚既炸粉，D粉好笠口，未熟透甘塊豬扒味道可以，有少少南乳味，算軟身冇渣。到試下個湯麵，對筷子一開落去，成個麵餅好實的的，要用d力先鬆得開。一放落口，大件事D面少少彈性都冇，個湯底同雪菜肉絲湯面一樣，冇驚喜再食塊豬扒，面既脆漿已經淋晒，仲不停出油。結論，新野⋯真係唔好亂試…Read More
