同事成日都話要黎食雞煲,但自從轉了工作地點真係好少入粉嶺,襯住聽日端午節放假,今晚就入一入黎吧。去了祥華邨的旺記,晏晝食過幾次,夜晚就未試過。是晚跑馬,店內有兩部大電視嘅關係,全場坐滿馬迷。老闆好好人呢,齋坐不食,仲可以涼冷氣睇直播,拎住叠報紙同周圍同僚吹水討論,現場氣氛熱鬧。先開壺普洱飲下,茶味一般啦,勝在老闆眼利,一拎起個滾水壺就知我地想加水,傾下偈食下野,前前後後飲左五、六壺水,呵呵。落完單即刻送上一大壺湯,是晚係蓮藕紅蘿蔔豬骨雞腳湯,湯頭又甜又濃,好好味。同事講左n次要食嘅雞煲無理由唔點㗎,先黎重慶雞煲半隻,要全熟就會好似小菜咁上碟,半隻雞都幾多喎。雞肉紮實有口感,但唔係件件雞都入味,不過個醬汁又真係幾正,辣中帶鮮味,唔係一味死辣喎,越食越過引,連配菜嘅青椒洋蔥都食哂,吸左個辣醬太正了。第一次唔係用打邊爐嘅方式食雞煲,咁食都幾好喎,唔怕個身一陣雞煲味。再黎係街頭炸蠔餅,哈哈,想食好耐啦,終於搵到人陪我食。大大份香噴噴,超猛火炸到卜卜脆,蠔仔鮮嫩多汁,雖然炸得脆口但一啲都唔乾,最正係多芫荽,勁香芫荽味呀,正~埋單淨係收左雞煲$148同蠔餅$78嘅錢,免茶免加一,仲任坐唔嬲,抵到爛呀! continue reading
