開心果堂島卷 切件 $48by @moncher_dojima .餡毫不吝嗇.. 係原味 half / 開心果half 嘅構造!認真.. 忌廉唔膩口感好好.. 感覺上好light.. 滿足又唔會覺得滯..但就係因為咁嘅關係 我覺得開心果存在價值就未必係主角.. 佢唔係濃type.. 係純粹食到有開心果flavor.. 但未去到覺得好feel到佢嘅nutty感!.如果本身係鍾意原味 但又想有d 特別嘅flavour.. 我覺得值得!捲蛋體都算moist.. 舒服!但如果衝著「開心果」而試我就覺得你未必會太surprised!一件363kcal. continue reading

日本的蛋糕卷就是比港式的更有罪惡感, 就以來自大阪的Mon cher為例, 它的主打就是堂島卷, 也就是蛋卷中心裡有忌廉層, 這裏的比其他日式同系甜點, 忌廉層更厚, 像是雪糕一樣, 蛋糕濕潤有蛋香, 味道偏甜, 吃起來當刻很開心, 但之後卻後悔非常, 因為膽固醇應該會又超標就是.另一件是堂島卷的變奏, 蛋卷中心從忌廉變成芒果片, 然後在蛋卷上面放上較薄的忌廉, 吃起來比原本的健康, 但芒果味道偏酸, 而且芒果汁令蛋糕本身濕潤的質感, 有點糊化起來. 還是原本的堂島卷最對味.Mon Cher is originated at Osaka and she is famous for her egg roll. The cream level of egg roll is so thick and rich in texture. It is so sweet and it is really guilty for me to enjoy. The mango cake is the egg roll with the mango in the inner core. The mango is a bit sour and watery that make the cake too soft. I prefer the origin one more. continue reading

每次經過Citysuper 都被這間Mon cher的卷蛋吸引,今次終於忍唔住買嚟試吓……結果……沒有期望,就沒有失望!😶分別買了栗子味及伯爵茶味兩款卷蛋,外表係靚嘅,影相打咭一流,但味道……雖未至於難食,但真係好一般。栗子味好淡、好淡;伯爵茶味個茶香係濃味dd,但如果再濃郁d就更好;卷蛋係好軟身嘅,可惜蛋味唔夠香。唯一可讚嘅係混有北海道牛乳嘅忌廉真係好滑。差不多$50一件,仲要買夠3件才會有盒及小冰包隨盒附上,買2件以下,只得1個普通紙袋,用普通透明膠紙封口,袋面、膠紙連1個店舖名或logo都無,這間日本大阪過江龍餅店,竟然沒有秉承一向著重包裝的日本文化🙄,以這個價錢買一件這樣普通嘅卷蛋,是否值得,自己衡量吧! continue reading
