今日下午往尖沙咀出席講座,上完講座陳師傅點心專門店食下午茶,我點了金牌蝦餃皇,羅白糕和鳳眼餃,另外飲特級紅棗杞子金絲皇頭冠菊花茶,飲落有濃香菊花味,紅棗和杞子甜度適中,金牌蝦餃皇共有兩粒,皮薄餡靚,蝦餃大大粒,蝦食落新鮮彈牙,口感一流,鳳眼餃平時係酒樓好少有得食,這裡一籠共三有粒,有濃香松露香味,食落菜粒鮮甜,食落有層次,啖啖肉,口感滿足,最後羅白糕煎得金黃,食落有羅白香脆口感,配上甜醬食落醒胃,餐店座位闊落舒適,有很多公司擺設,而點心即叫即蒸,食物美味,食了一餐好食點心

平日放工後同朋友去左食點心,尖沙咀金馬倫道愈來愈多食店,今次去陳師傅點心店都幾大,坐得都舒服。坐低後先揀茶,頂級頭冠金絲菊似signature,有好多大大細細既菊花,甜甜地幾特別。金牌蝦餃皇同魚籽燒賣皇,每籠各兩隻,燒賣皇比較出色,原隻蝦大大隻彈牙爽口;蝦餃配辣椒油更提升口感。脆皮銀絲卷,脆卜卜味道都唔錯,不過餡料只有羅白比較失望。鐵板煎釀尖椒,滾住鐵板上夠晒吸睛,唔止賣相得,味道都好好,尖椒釀魚肉,魚肉無我好怕既腥味,尖椒愈食愈辣,好刺激。沙律明蝦角,蝦角裡面饀有芹菜,蝦同豬肉,外皮炸得唔算好脆,不過都好味,啖啖肉。忽然好掛住個種咸香既味道,叫左個鹹魚肉餅飯,迷你煲仔飯,是我喜歡梅香鹹魚,惹味配一口飯,非常滿足。

晚上8時,店內還是9成滿,人氣挺足的,客流量高,點心就更新鮮了,因為都是即叫即蒸的!金牌蝦餃皇/魚子燒賣皇(27元/2個)雖然比起部分的餐廳貴,不過個頭也是比其他的大的,內裡餡料都非常足!蝦餃皮煙韌,內裡蝦肉彈牙,味道比較鮮甜,有豬肉香。而燒賣上面雖然也有蝦仁,不過裡面主要是豬肉餡,肉香比蝦餃更足一點,口感亦挺彈牙的。黑椒牛仔骨(49元)牛仔骨份量挺多的,蒸得很嫩滑,近骨的地方會比較有彈性,而且牛肉味濃,亦有很香的黑胡椒味。醬皇蒸鳳爪(32元)鳳爪就一定是吃點心必吃的一款,鳳瓜煮得非常入味,豉汁味香濃,吃起來接受入口即化的口感,但還保留了一點的彈性,能輕易脫骨!流沙奶皇煎堆仔(32元)煎堆加上流汾奶皇,整個搭配很邪惡,外脆又帶點軟糯,而裡面是流心香濃的奶皇,味道很香,質感滑!沙律明蝦角(49元)表面炸得焦香,內裡是大量的蝦肉和芹菜,因為加了芹菜,所以口味是偏重的,口感非常爽滑!

牛仔骨份量挺多的,蒸得很嫩滑,近骨的地方會比較有彈性,而且牛肉味濃,亦有很香的黑胡椒味。

鳳爪就一定是吃點心必吃的一款,鳳瓜煮得非常入味,豉汁味香濃,吃起來接受入口即化的口感,但還保留了一點的彈性,能輕易脫骨!
