最近好想食菠蘿油,但懷舊風情已經比較難揾,想揾間真正既老牌冰室食下但係依家已經賣少見少,甘就試下萬芳冰室。久不久都見有朋友去食,都係見朋友仔們食炸大雞脾多,我今次就無試到大炸雞🍗脾,不過睇件旁邊張枱碟炸雞🍗都好想食 流哂口水。。。。。。我就叫左一嚐心願既菠蘿油~~~~~~~$14我就好滿意呢度呢個菠蘿油,一見到就感覺到賣相不錯👍 應該係幾正喎(口水已流),食落熱辣辣,外脆內軟,食到油既部分好有傳統兒時味道,夠甜夠鬆脆。。。事關因為上次去過另一間某老牌冰室係食過一間菠蘿油係不夠皮脆肉嫩,又無咩味,所以食到呢個萬芳菠蘿油都幾滿意,又幾感動😹。另外叫左個公司出前撈丁$44,公司三文治🥪聽得多,公司出前撈丁真係第一次聽,孤陋寡聞!哈哈!見有甘多料料,貪心的我就二話不說叫黎食可以見到係好多餸下,咖喱汁夠哂味道,公司包括紅腸,魷魚,太陽蛋,鮮牛,咖喱魚蛋。仲有幾條菜。。。味道也不錯。。。。乙仲有叫左呢個椒鹽雞槌太陽蛋飯$38~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~一般貨色。。。三樣食物最不為吸引之一,但$38可以接受既。。。睇個賣相就知比較乾身,食落真係好乾身下,有點老有點廈口甘,又乾又老甘,最可怕入面肉身

我就好滿意呢度呢個菠蘿油,一見到就感覺到賣相不錯👍 應該係幾正喎(口水已流),食落熱辣辣,外脆內軟,食到油既部分好有傳統兒時味道,夠甜夠鬆脆。。。事關因為上次去過另一間某老牌冰室係食過一間菠蘿油係不夠皮脆肉嫩,又無咩味,所以食到呢個萬芳菠蘿油都幾滿意,又幾感動😹。

睇個賣相就知比較乾身,食落真係好乾身下,有點老有點廈口甘,又乾又老甘,最可怕入面肉身仲有陣陣雪藏味,可能比較偏門吧,正常人應該都食生炸脾啦可? 值得一提值得一讚,依舊係我虎視眈眈既太陽蛋,煎得係不錯的

跟住就到沙丹豬扒飯啦,碟飯都好豐富,有豬扒,菠蘿,太陽蛋,火腿同菜,但係我就有樣野幾奇怪,沙丹汁唔係茄汁加燒汁咩!?點解好似變左豉油汁!?
算啦,照食啦,可能我見識少啦,咁就試下塊豬扒先,豬扒薄切,大約半寸厚,而醃得都幾入味,而且都醃得好鬆化,都算唔錯,菠蘿佢都有放落扒爐度煎一煎,都叫做做足功夫呀!整體黎講算唔錯,食材都ok!係腦海裏面好多個問號,到食完之後我再問下Google佢都話沙丹汁係茄汁溝燒汁,算啦,都食晒啦,好味就得啦!

最後佢ge奶茶都算唔錯,茶味較重而不澀,屬中上水準。

當然叫了招牌巨型炸雞脾,瑞士雞翼及蝦多士沙律等……

巨型炸雞脾賣相吸引,但食落去比起一般生炸雞髀嘅茶餐廳還要比下去
沒有鬆脆感覺
唯一賣點是夠大
薯條亦都不夠熱及脆

終於食到啦, 成日都聽到萬芳冰室嘅雞髀好似塊面咁大! 隻雞畀黎到陣時我都嚇咗一跳, 隔離張枱啲人都嘩嘩聲。講返隻雞髀先, 食落去外面真係好脆好香口 , 入便仲係好juicy! 可能我係平日去,所以唔使等位。一定有下次。

成日見到Facebook啲朋友post 萬芳冰室嘅炸雞髀,又成日見到門口好多人等,所以今次10月2日國慶假期特來一試,好好彩嗰日唔使等位就直入!馬上叫咗個炸雞髀出前一丁試吓!呢個炸雞比出前一丁冇套餐,$36散叫,個炸雞比一上枱,嘩!果然係好大隻,好似好吸引,一睇原來係因為中間界左一刀,所以雞髀睇落攤平左會大隻左好多。但食落發現,雞髀炸得過乾,味道也有點過喊,完全食唔到雞髀原本嘅嫩滑口感⋯有d 位仲好鞋,比起平時喺粉嶺聯和墟食到嘅炸雞脾,呢度真係比唔上,真係有啲失望也。幸好叫咗兩杯紅豆冰,呢兩杯紅豆冰就真係唔錯啦!$20/杯,好飲!But I will not be back.... 🤣🤣

都好有一段時間冇入過去元朗了,入去搵下有咩食,之前雜誌有介紹過d間炸脾有幾出名,同埋我老婆又好想食炸野,咁就入去行下去試下間野喇,去到間舖原來都幾多人等緊位。一坐低叫左個【招牌雞脾出前一丁】【沙茶炒飯】【自家制凍菊花茶】,但所謂招牌炸大雞脾可能用左高温長時間的油炸令外皮又硬又乾唔香脆令雞肉肉汁過份流失,真係好失望。另一個沙茶炒飯都是不錯的選擇,炒飯又有獲氣又乾身, 份量十足, 蝦仁爽口彈牙, 有好特別的沙茶香味,配上蔥花,蛋, 又燒粒, 等等,d個仲出色過炸脾。到個菊花茶,夠哂清甜菊花味,但比較偏淡。希望有代改善,尤其事個炸雞

講到炸脾, 一直都想去萬芳冰室試下冰室位置其實有D 唔就腳, 簡單D 講就係新B 仔涼份O個邊賽馬會後面唔就腳還唔就腳, 都一樣要等位好在人流去得快人多搭枱是必然的冰室位置未去到好逼, 地方亦乾淨清爽 (有TIFFANY BLUE 的格調 坐底其實唔使睇, 實擇2隻大拇指推介ga 生炸無敵大雞脾+沙律 ($32)1隻大拇指推介ga 好多, 但聽聞味道一般大雞脾O黎到真係好震撼除左勁熱, 好多汁, 最最重要係無雪味可能佢D 雞脾去得快, 所以好早就解曬凍呢隻脾係用左美極腌~所以好香美極味 沙律味道都好好有觧果有青瓜, 多樣蔬果出O黎一般都好食同時仲叫左1隻大拇指推介的公司治 ($38)睇到餡非常多有豬肉夾豬肉: 餐肉夾豬扒都幾好味, 但唔係只得呢度有同行友人O黎兩次都遇見落錯單情況呢度落錯單都幾麻煩, 食品唔會退返廚房好似有人落錯揚州炒飯, 個侍應即刻問我對面O岩O岩坐底未叫野食ga 夫婦要唔要點呢樣咁人地又未諗到食咩, 就要左佢啦碟飯好大碟下, 足夠2個人食, 眼見其他叫揚州炒飯的人都係2個人share好似幾好味, 而且先$43,  雖然無野飲呢度除左常餐就無其他餐, 幾乎全散叫

每次去萬芳基本食佢的常餐為主,  42蚊 (凍飲再加兩蚊)算係合理收費.牛肉通粉, 湯底加了薑絲, 係細心的表現, 火腿雙蛋, 火腿好厚身的, 可以叫火腿扒了, 跟餐仲有牛油多士, 烘得都香脆的, 凍奶茶OK啦, 無乜特別, 環境 : 裝修好有懷舊FEEL, 但座位偏窄, 唔係坐低傾計的好地方, 都係食了即走個隻.招呼 : 熟客招呼還好, 例如我呢款一個月幫襯一兩次的, 就唔好期望了, 通常入到去, 就算卡座有吉都好, 都係點你去逼4人方枱的, 一張麻雀台放4人份量的食物, 超有壓迫感的, 所以如果係門口望到7,8成滿, 我基本上都寧願去其他餐廳好過.
