呢間潮州菜喺出面望已經睇得出好有歷史咁,而入面無論餐具、枱櫈定裝修,都好有懷舊嘅味道!一坐低已經擺低碟花生同裝咗4杯工夫茶俾我地,工夫茶係潮州特色茶嚟,所指嘅功夫係講緊獨特泡茶技藝,雖然茶色好淺,但飲起嚟好濃好回甘~我地叫咗最出名嘅潮州滷水,揀咗鵝翼同鵝肝,鵝翼滷得好入味,鵝肝D油脂香味幾重幾好食,仲有D滷豆腐都好食,食到滷水味同豆香味,跟住最鍾意係碗蠔仔粥,好鮮甜,潮州粥係好似泡飯咁,唔同綿滑嘅廣東粥,D蠔仔好新鮮,仲加咗D木魚、香菇同肉碎,食落更加鮮同有口感~ 另外店員推介咗個菊花石榴雞,(味道同石榴無關,只係個樣似石榴),好似層蛋白皮包住D雞肉碎同配料,食落清清地都好食,但無好驚豔,整體都不錯~P.S. 走前店員又裝多4杯工夫茶俾我地,呢D係咪叫有頭有尾?定首尾呼應? continue reading

去了樂口福酒家點了福果芋泥 。福果芋泥是以芋泥為基底,加入福果, 即白果。潮汕做法相對簡潔,注重芋頭本身的香糯和福果的口感, 做得相當好。芋泥部分, 口感很優秀, 吃起來粉糯、香軟、順滑,有「入口即化」的感覺。應該是用了品質很好的芋頭, 所以芋泥吃起來帶有天然的芋頭香氣。芋泥風味以清甜為主,甜度適中,不過於甜膩。芋頭的香味明顯主角, 做得很好。福果部分, 白果在芋泥中主要提供粒狀的口感,與粉糯的芋泥形成對比,增加口感的層次感。福果吃起來味道甘甜而清香,口感不會太粉或太硬,而是略帶嚼勁, 兩者都很好吃, 吃起來口感層次豐富,既有芋泥的順滑粉糯,又有福果的咬口。味道亦相當平衡,福果加入否恰到好處,不會喧賓奪主,而是減低芋泥的甜膩感, 然後突顯了芋頭的天然香氣和豬油的香氣四溢。芋泥炒得夠軟滑,福果處理又到位不會苦, 相當專業, 香氣足,味道自然。福果甘甜帶清香,口感與芋泥形成良好對比。然後豬油油的使用和加入提升了風味和口感。整體甜度適中,口感層次豐富, 很好吃, 是必點之選。 continue reading

平日夜晚同老公兩個人過嚟試吓呢間歷史悠久嘅潮式酒樓,一半都係吉位🫣🫣坐低冇幾耐店員就奉上前菜同埋功夫茶⭐️咕嚕雞球雖然呢度主打潮州菜,但係我都係敵不過咕嚕甜酸汁嘅引誘😂雞球外層香脆,炸粉唔厚,但就唔係好食得到肉,因為啲肉太細粒😅😅❤️方魚炒芥蘭方魚香口,唔會太硬,芥蘭爽脆無苦澀味,唔算油膩😋⭐️芥蘭欖菜炒飯主食果然係最大碟😂味道偏清淡冇乜欖菜味,飯粒稍為有啲濕服務唔錯👍 食物水準就一般綜合呢個環境氣氛,我諗如果長者過嚟食應該都會鍾意嘅 continue reading
