大夥兒食飯,長輩話食呢間,我就未食過,不過啲長輩以前住呢區,話回憶喎🙄十幾個人,book 枱時話上樓上可以唔洗分枱,樓下冇大枱要分枱,去到,上樓已經好難行,一枱十幾人根本坐唔落,咁就唔好俾我哋揀樓上一枱啦🤯有人訂咗雞燉翅,好彩唔係訂一人一盅,因為油到飛起,都唔知係飲湯定飲油🤢滷水拼盤,講得好聽啲叫正常,事實係普通到冇得再普通椒鹽鮮魷,咬落一pat野咁,去唔到正常大排檔質素其他菜,炒飯之類,普通到不得了,結果,返到屋企附近買糖水醫肚🙄嘥左我來回差唔多三個鐘搭車😑 continue reading

沒有食翅,沒有叫凍蟹,蠔烙和蝦蟹棗,沒有吃糖醋麵,沙茶牛肉炒河和潮州蠔仔粥,也沒有點水晶粿,反沙芋,綠豆爽和福果芋泥,一行四人只是隨便來個咸菜胡椒豬肚湯和幾道家常小菜,雖然是父親節正日,六點多已經滿座,門外也有因為沒有訂座而需要等位的客人,但樓面服務仍然十分殷切,席間不斷替客人添茶裝水,而廚房雖然比平日忙多了,但仍然維持一貫水準,熱騰騰的咸菜胡椒豬肚湯味道正宗,喝下去開胃又暖肚,滷水鵝片下面墊底的豆腐都軟滑可口,豉油煎䱽魚火喉和調味也是剛剛好,普寧炸豆腐鬆脆美味,川椒雞連川椒葉都炸得爽脆香口,,一上枱大家吃了口才記得拍照,就連普通的菜脯炒蛋也做得十分出色,結果吃得太飽,甜品要等下次了! continue reading
