茶樓特色,就是用大茶煲為客人沖茶。而且茶杯也相當懷舊,用有蓋的那種寬口茶杯,要向店員查詢才有喔,否則只會給你平時那種小杯子。

新年假期去中環半山四圍行吓,新正頭在中環搵食的確有少少難度,好多餐廳都唔開,行下行下突然見到這間酒樓就眼前一亮,心諗真係好耐無食過,記得從前食這一間酒樓係人來人往,非常熱鬧,就係咁就即刻跳咗入去,這一間就是。。。蓮香樓我們兩個人叫了幾個點心,再加兩個懷舊小菜:魚腸焗蛋、煎釀鯪魚。點心的味道是懷舊兒時的味道,一邊食時一邊會腦海會浮現兒時上茶樓的情境,論味道可能會不及現時的酒樓點心,但就是蓮香樓的點心師傅以傳統製法做點心,係遺忘了很久的味道,係現今與別不同,不會食到的味道。煎釀鯪魚係一道功夫菜式,先將鯪魚拆肉拆骨,然後魚肉加上其他配料釀入魚殼內,再煎再打個獻汁,咁多功夫。。。我諗香港餐廳真係無乜人肯整俾你食,雖然未算是很好味道,曾經食過比蓮香樓更好味,但難得食到都已經好滿足🥰魚腸焗蛋又係一道功夫菜,也都係未算很好味,都係食過比蓮香樓更好,但都係難得食到的傳統懷舊菜。還有一樣要注意⚠️蓮香樓係舊裝修,無論推點心車阿嬸同樓面阿伯都係舊式人,現今餐廳的服務態度同衛生水準佢哋都唔識,來到蓮香樓就要有話個心理準備,必須降低自己的要求,才能夠享受舊香港的情懷。

煎釀鯪魚係一道功夫菜式,先將鯪魚拆肉拆骨,然後魚肉加上其他配料釀入魚殼內,再煎再打個獻汁,咁多功夫。。。我諗香港餐廳真係無乜人肯整俾你食,雖然未算是很好味道,曾經食過比蓮香樓更好味,但難得食到都已經好滿足🥰

還有一樣要注意⚠️蓮香樓係舊裝修,無論推點心車阿嬸同樓面阿伯都係舊式人,現今餐廳的服務態度同衛生水準佢哋都唔識,來到蓮香樓就要有話個心理準備,必須降低自己的要求,才能夠享受舊香港的情懷。

好多人都問我點解你要個個禮拜都去呢度,又污糟邋遢,又呢樣又嗰樣,好簡單,我就係鍾意佢污糟邋遢,成班麻甩佬睇住南極圈喺度嘆茶絕對係一個男人的浪漫,水滾茶靚,除咗佢同陸羽香港都冇邊度最重要係:魚肚札、蝦餃燒賣大家食得多,甚至懷舊點心例如豬肚燒賣,鵪鶉蛋燒賣,灌湯餃,鴨腳扎等相信不少朋友都會嘗試過。但蓮香魚肚札就係令我每個星期都會過嚟嘅主要原因,我係一個飲茶控,除咗蓮香之外我搵唔到有另外一間會有呢個點❤️,外面腐皮入邊包住肥豬肉,少少蝦,一大塊魚肚,令我來回地獄又折返人間

一講起飲茶一定會諗起開業已經95年嘅蓮香樓!蓮香樓係香港難得仲保留住茶盅沖茶以及點心車文化嘅茶樓,令我諗返起細個屋企附近茶樓都有姐姐推車仔叫賣點心,可惜呢幾年因為重建已經拆咗了😞不要驚訝今次無點心,因為有人遲咗出門口,所以當日2點幾去到點心已沽清😵‍💫要提提大家假日去嘅話,要早啲去先有得坐低慢慢歎一盅兩件~—燒鵝瀨粉 ($38)師傅好好人咁俾咗個髀位我🤤🤤表皮油光色澤十分靚仔,鵝肉無羶味!!菜心無渣,平時唔會喺出面食菜嘅我都食晒🤣呢碗瀨粉完美地做到肉鮮菜碧嘅境界,就咁個賣相都贏出面茶樓幾條街🤩燒肉瀨粉 ($36)同樣一望到個樣就知唔會差得去邊😹燒肉皮脆、肥瘦層層分明,不錯不錯👌🏼👍🏼—其實第二日有人為咗贖罪,人肉速遞咗蓮香樓點心俾我🤣🤣只可以話堂食會有feel啲,點心中規中矩,不過糯米雞較為出色,糯米無蒸到過火,咬落唔會太軟爛。

其實第二日有人為咗贖罪,人肉速遞咗蓮香樓點心俾我🤣🤣只可以話堂食會有feel啲,點心中規中矩,不過糯米雞較為出色,糯米無蒸到過火,咬落唔會太軟爛。

從新工作開始上軌道雖然工作很忙但是初步都有成功咁今晚在中環收工已經係通宵工作直至中午與同事想慰勞一下自己卒之選了這間老牌飯店中環蓮香樓點了幾樣小菜包括有鮮炸鯪魚、砵仔雞蛋焗魚腸、炸蟹鉗、羅漢齋、碗仔鮑翅、仲有德龍蝦餃添焗魚腸表面很趣但內裏很乾魚腸極之鮮味很有魚味而又不腥炸蟹鉗很脆很多蟹肉真材實料十分好味從來食鮮炸靚魚只有食過罐頭今次真的是第一次在酒樓食選擇鯪魚感覺還是罐頭好食一些羅漢齋就是普通的羅漢齋沒什麼大不了碗仔翅內的確有不少魚翅味道很傳統蝦餃略嫌皮厚了一點但內裏有兩三隻原隻的蝦很鮮味得來也是真材實料這一次初嘗老牌本地酒樓感覺很新鮮食品也總算滿意做了一夜通宵食了這一餐飯也應該滿意要回家休息了💪🏻

點了幾樣小菜包括有
鮮炸鯪魚、砵仔雞蛋焗魚腸、炸蟹鉗、羅漢齋、碗仔鮑翅、仲有德龍蝦餃添
焗魚腸表面很趣但內裏很乾
魚腸極之鮮味很有魚味而又不腥
炸蟹鉗很脆很多蟹肉真材實料十分好味
從來食鮮炸靚魚只有食過罐頭
今次真的是第一次在酒樓食選擇鯪魚
感覺還是罐頭好食一些
羅漢齋就是普通的羅漢齋沒什麼大不了
碗仔翅內的確有不少魚翅味道很傳統
蝦餃略嫌皮厚了一點但內裏有兩三隻原隻的蝦
很鮮味得來也是真材實料
這一次初嘗老牌本地酒樓感覺很新鮮
食品也總算滿意
做了一夜通宵食了這一餐飯
也應該滿意要回家休息了

 一個要晨早起身的星期五仍是車爸爸的假期,忙完他的事情後我們走到懷舊的蓮香樓嘆了一個早茶,原來我倆也未曾到訪過這間歷史悠久的茶樓呢!甫踏進蓮香居恍如走到六、七十年代的光景,確實比起現在的香港以前真的十分和諧舒適。來這兒可以享受到水滾茶靚的滋味,更可選擇用茶壺或者焗盅來茗茶,想來懷舊的我倆當然選擇焗盅!侍應哥哥好貼心給我們清洗茶也能具順便示範如何使用焗盅,然後我們便可以舒舒服服嘆一口靚茶。真的很久沒有見過點心車了這天再次遇見真的很令我回味,車上沒有點心名牌所以不知籠內有什麼美食,而點心姐姐則十分專業地主動銷售車內點心。急不及待點了幾款點心來品嚐,放在這張玻璃面的檯上份外有感覺。先品嚐大大粒的蝦餃內裏有滿滿鮮味彈牙的蝦肉,而且還有筍尖絕對是正宗的出品。韭菜餃就比較率性有一粒外皮更已穿破!這個餃內的韭菜顏色已變黃坦白講賣相真的麻麻,可幸的是韭菜味仍然香濃而且內裏亦有彈牙的蝦粒總算叫做足料。很久沒見過燒腩卷這兒有當然要叫籠來吃,內裏有一件肉質鬆化的燒腩,配上一件粉淋的芋頭,真的很有小時候吃的味道啊!我們還點了一碗柴魚花生粥,點心姐姐將粥裝至滿瀉方罷休真的太抵食了吧!粥底好綿滑味道亦很家常吃得十

我們還點了一碗柴魚花生粥,點心姐姐將粥裝至滿瀉方罷休真的太抵食了吧!粥底好綿滑味道亦很家常吃得十分舒服,另外更送上一大碟薄脆佐粥很慷慨呢。

不嬲都知蓮香樓嘅港式點心出名,但真係唔知原來蓮香樓嘅晚市有小菜食,是日晚飯時段,堂食嘅食客唔算多。但晚市小菜真係味道唔錯,两個人點佐两個送飯小菜,已經好夠,又抵食,所以想寫下食評,希望呢款舊式酒樓可以長久經營落去啦。每次食中餐都必點嘅 —— 啫啫雞煲就正正常常色香味balance 嘅雞煲,無咩好寫,但酒樓必點雞煲嘅我,又真係覺得好味。另一個餸係薑蔥金蠔煲,可惜無影到薑蔥桶蠔煲就食得多,薑蔥金蠔煲我真係第一次試,仲好鍾意食,而家令我有少少念念不是,想回頭再食!

下午茶時段經過,記得呢間都出名,老字號,仲有特色點心手推車,所以雖然唔肚餓都走上去諗住食少少野,參觀下上到去果然老字號,裝修傢俱有歲月的痕跡,可能係下午茶時段,餐廳內無咩人,手推車見唔到,伙記都唔多覺眼終於有個伙記係到,叫我地隨便搵個位坐低,就走左啦...坐低再,唔係好搵到個餐牌,隨後有個伙記走上前問我地想食咩,我地隨便講左啲點心,但好多佢都話無曬啦,有糯米飯問我地要唔要,咁唔緊要啦,有乜就食乜啦,但無得揀食咩真有點失望(可能同下午茶時段有關啦...)蝦餃,唔夠熱,所以個皮有啲乾有啲硬糯米飯,熱辣辣,可惜唔夠黏總結:老字號關係,定價較高,唔愁無生意服務一般,食物質素有點失望(或者係我我揀錯時段)
