依家天氣開始轉涼,又突然好想食越南粉,今日係尖沙咀收工,就決定近近地去the one搵食,呢到有間好大間嘅越南餐廳,之前食過都幾好食。一坐低即刻叫咗我最鍾意嘅鮮蝦米子卷,呢度有好多菜,完全係我鍾意嘅清爽口感,加埋啲蝦真係好大隻,以呢個價錢我覺得好抵食。來到之後發現佢地有個seasonal memu,係 限定小黃牛肉粉系列有匙炳 /吊龍 /雪花嘅option。我最後揀咗要吊龍,然之後想講佢真係好嫩滑,好重牛味,配埋佢清清地嘅湯底,真係覺得好正。朋友都話佢要嘅生牛肉粉好好味,湯底唔似落咗好多味精。好鍾意呢度個串燒係包晒三款肉,可以一次過食晒牛雞,而且燒得好好味,真係有喺泰國食嘅風味。最後都想食得健康啲,所以點都要食返啲蔬菜,就叫咗個蒜蓉炒椰菜苗,炒得好有鑊氣,nice!

豬頸肉米紙卷

今日約咗朋友去The One 食越南菜~佢哋有午市精選,價錢大概$7x-9x,喺呢個商場嚟講真係唔貴坐低見到佢哋有個新出嘅小黃牛肉粉系列,估唔到越南牛肉粉都有得揀匙柄、吊龍、雪花❄️越式湯粉非常吸引,有青檸🍋‍🟩蘿蔔同埋芽菜,咬落爽口,湯底又唔會太鹹越南咖喱牛腩鍋(配法包),waitress話原來可以改配飯或者薄餅,我就梗係揀白飯🥰🥰咖喱撈白飯一流,除咗牛腩之外,仲有好多炆到好腍嘅牛筋,加埋煎過嘅薯仔、洋蔥以及青椒紅椒,女仔一定食唔晒另外叫咗「雞牛豬串燒」+「串燒雞中翼」,特別欣賞雞中翼,表皮煎得非常香脆,加埋秘製醬汁~少少鹹少少辣👍豬牛雞串燒肉質Juicy ,特別鍾意食豬~有少少蜜汁嘅味道👅,加埋落咖喱飯好好食食完串燒,飲埋青檸梳打就完美!
