餐廳在這裡也挺多年了,算是區內價位比較貴的,但人氣還是挺不錯的,平日的晚上8張檯有6張都已經被預訂了,沒預訂的話可能都沒有位置了,要留意了。而且現在更有75折的優惠,性價比更高!法國生蠔味道挺鮮甜的,海水味濃,口感嫩滑,也沒有我不喜歡的鐵鏽味,質素和新鮮度挺高的。法式六道菜晚餐巴馬火腿果仁沙律巴馬火腿是切得比較厚的而且大大片,味道鹹香濃郁,肉質油潤,有一定的油脂,配上清爽的果仁沙律,挺解膩,又多了一份堅果風味。頂級牛肝菌忌廉濃湯來到就聞到很香濃的黑松露味道,質感比較濃厚的,中間還放有大量切碎了的牛肝菌來堵加口感和鮮味。吃的時候配上烘香了的麵包也挺不錯。自家製藍花蟹餅蟹餅炸得表面酥脆,內裡是薯蓉混合著蟹肉,口感綿滑,味道鮮甜,配上酸酸甜甜的醬汁和三文魚子,更突出蟹餅的鮮香。慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍焦糖蘋果經過慢煮的豬鞍口感非常嫩,而且肉汁豐富,表面煎得帶點焦香。底下還藏有蕃薯蓉,吃起來帶點花香味,配上豬鞍一起吃,味道更豐富。焦糖蘋果口感特別,焦糖的香脆配上蘋果的爽脆。比利時朱古力心太軟心太軟非常流心,朱古力味挺濃香的,沾上濕潤的朱古力醬的外皮味道更濃厚。這個的甜度挺高的。另外還配有生果和柚子雪

整晚最滿意的可說是這道菜

🍐法式紅酒燉梨雪葩/心太軟
本身餐牌的甜品是法式紅酒燉梨雪葩,侍應說因為紅酒燉梨存貨不夠因此其中兩個只可用心太軟取代
梨是燉得入味的,但口感仍然帶點爽脆,個人偏好比較軟身一點
心太軟中間完全沒有流心,吃下去就只是內餡軟一些的巧克力蛋糕

最後因為家人生日,送上一枝紅酒這點是貼心的
說回整個晚餐的伴菜也略嫌太千篇一律,大部份也是食用花、香芹及泡沫
服務方面,訂位的時候表明說要梳化座位,入座時卻被編到中間的通道座位;雖然最後有換回,但感覺上就欠缺專業
而且每次上菜時侍應也沒有任何介紹,我們要找回餐牌相片才知道吃的是什麼
未計酒水,連加一每位$1400多的晚餐食物及服務質素實在是未符預期🙈
