日本菜係香港人最鍾意嘅菜式,而Omakase(廚師發辦)更成為當中嘅至尊選擇。Omakase當然係廚師嚴選嘅最佳食材,但有時廚師都未必能夠完全掌握到你嘅心意,所以自選壽司更適合你,可以自己揀自己鍾意食嘅魚生啦!嚟到黃埔吉祥日本料理,自選壽司嘅選擇非常多,食材高質,同樣充滿幸福感。自選壽司12件午市嘅定食選擇非常多,今日就揀咗自選壽司。餐單上面有30款唔同嘅壽司,大家可以任揀12件,而每款最多可選兩件。30款都好想食,好難揀呀!最後,經過痛若嘅掙扎,揀咗三文魚腩、油甘魚、吞拿魚、真鯛、魴鮄、北寄貝、帆立貝、赤蝦、炙燒左口魚邊。款款魚生都非常新鮮,特別鍾意油香十足嘅三文魚腩同油甘魚,魚油豐富,高質讓人充滿幸福感;帆立貝、赤蝦非常鮮甜,彈牙得嚟,口感非常膠口,好滿足呀! continue reading

經過呢間食店,發覺有超抵食嘅廚師發板!!!店內寬敞,坐得幾舒服,由於未幫襯過,先試試佢嘅熟食蟹肉牛油果沙律~蟹肉份量非常多,牛油果及沙律菜亦非常新鮮,配上清新嘅黑醋,極度開胃!牛肉烏冬~牛肉片呈粉紅色,粉嫩粉嫩的!非常誘惑!烏冬用上洞庭冷烏冬,口感一流,而湯底嘅牛肉味亦都非常鮮甜夠味👍🏻厚燒牛舌~牛舌非常香軟!細膩嘅質感令人回味無窮!加上檸檬汁有去膩嘅作用,用埋基本嘅調味料,已經非常攞分!美國牛小排~牛小排的油花分佈均勻、質地柔軟味道甘甜,用燒嘅方式可以突顯到肉質鮮美👍🏻 continue reading
