前The Aubrey客席调酒师开的港式鸡尾酒bar从酒单设计到小食，再到壁画地板都把复古港风运用到极致尤其是酒单里每一支都有详尽的灵感来源从香港的地名/酒厂/文化出发进行设计喜欢香港文化的会超惊喜！相比其他bar 他家signature的选择非常多小吃的种类也很多，而且更偏向广东风味🍸Maotai Espresso Martini来这家店就是因为这一杯酱香的味道被咖啡的香气掩盖了很有趣的是它里面加了芝麻油多了一点特殊的油香和顺滑的口感Overall是蛮好喝蛮有意思的🍸Rednaxela这杯酒有两个很有意思的地方首先名字是Rednaxela Terrace 引申也就是半山扶梯地带而这个拗口的名字又是因为本来这条街是为了纪念Alexander但因为抄写方向的不同所以才成现在这样其次是这杯酒用了来自广西的罗汉果红米酒和山西的汾酒有天然果味甜香和清新直接的白酒香气🍸Sago Sago是期间限定的一杯酒是前Mixing room 的bartender做的喜欢pina colada的可以试一试像是更多菠萝更少椰汁的版本基底是Ming river白酒来自美国酿酒厂的四川白酒🍞Bites小吃也同样出色 上桌香气扑鼻点了虾多士和盐焗炸鸡都非常好吃 胜过很多餐厅了 continue reading
