人越大就好容易覺得生日真係冇咩咁特別,但係對我黎講,我覺得係一個可以俾屋企人開心一下既日子!今年既生日呢一日,娘親一早就send msg問我幾點返屋企食飯?要買咩蛋糕?其實我真係冇咩所謂,但係都想屋企人開心,話哂娘親生我出黎都好痛好辛苦,所以我就叫佢買佢自己鍾意食既就得!最後,佢買咗呢個鮮果蛋糕,因為有特價,所以只係$80。其實都算抵。仲記得以前每逢屋企有人生日,就會係屋企附近既麵包鋪買蛋糕,一定唔會夠大公司既靚,好多時都唔會夠佢地既好味tim,但係價錢真係平D,而且細個既時候,有蛋糕食已經好開心,食咩都覺得好味!切開個蛋糕就係咁。蛋糕同忌廉分佈均勻,食落唔漏。我都幾鍾意出面D白朱古力粒粒,有少少vanilla味。雖然蛋糕上面既水果好明顯係罐頭水果,但係身為水果控既我能夠食咁多水果都係開心既! continue reading

嗰日女小編放工見餓,經過見到《蛋撻王》既蛋撻好似出爐無耐就買返個黎食啦啦啦啦~~~~拎上手的確係熱既,但蛋餡蛋味不足亦未夠滑溜加上牛油撻底偏薄,入口不脆!!一個拎上手都仲熱既蛋撻理應係好好食架,但呢到既蛋撻的確令女小編感到好!失!望!!!雖然唔係話難食,但一定唔係好食lol!!!!加上其實佢都唔係平架,6蚊一個正常size既港式蛋撻都算叫中高價(平日既都係四、五蚊個,有啲平民餅舖2.5-3蚊就得交易)!所以從定價同質素黎睇,我覺得真係唔可以稱為“王” continue reading

要數有名的蛋撻餅店,第一刻想起的必然是連港督彭定康也慕名拜訪的泰昌餅家,然而我最喜歡的卻是蛋撻王的蛋撻!以前每次上門補習時都會經過這間蛋撻王,買件香噴噴的蛋撻作小吃,是日久違經過此地,當然要再嚐記憶中最美味的蛋撻。除了最經典的選擇,蛋撻王還有售榴槤和北海道牛乳味,以前貪新鮮嚐過榴槤味,但不對口味。是日老人家謂要買半打蛋撻,當然不能抗命呢!想不到蛋撻王的紙盒十分可愛精緻,白色背景上佈滿各種可愛港式食品卡通圖案,有蛋撻、熱奶茶及菠蘿包等。最後共買了兩件牛油皮蛋撻、三件酥皮蛋撻及葡式酥皮蛋撻。我選了牛油皮蛋撻($5。5),對比上次來時好像加價了。以前我較喜歡有層次的酥皮蛋撻,但近年愛上這款口感厚實的牛油皮蛋撻,兩者各有吃法。將牛油皮蛋撻放在手心,非熱辣辣,只帶微溫,未吃已知道一定不如之前新鮮出爐好吃。拿起輕咬一口,薄脆的牛油皮很鬆化,牛油香味濃郁,中間的蛋餡很香滑,又不會太甜,不錯~久違的蛋撻王,滿懷期待,只可惜不是新鮮出爐,今次一吃始終未能嚐回以前的味道。 continue reading

經常經過這間蛋撻王看到除了有傳統的酥皮蛋撻、曲奇皮蛋撻、葡撻外..還有些款式未見過!例如榴槤蛋撻、北海道牛乳蛋撻等等!榴槤蛋撻要星期六、日才有售!大家不要摸門釘啊!今天是星期三,所以只好選擇其他吧!看見蛋撻和葡撻新鮮出爐,且星期一至五買三送一!便買了兩件曲奇皮蛋撻和兩件葡撻吃!蛋撻味道沒有太大特別,曲奇皮牛油味香..且不易爛!蛋味濃郁!$5還可以了~葡撻是酥皮的..十分鬆脆!而表面甜甜的又不會太甜!$6算大件這葡撻十分抵吃下次會再吃! continue reading
