Kebab Land (Closed)

Me and my sister were excited that finally a kebab shop landed in happy valley. We went tonight for a quick dinner, and had lamb kebab and chicken tikka with chip. Everything is good, the staff is nice and helpful! We sat outside the store and had a beer to go with food, pretty chill for a monday night. Will come visit again, keep it up!

So when heard of a kebab shop getting opened in Happy Valley I was well excited. At HKD $80 a kebab it was slightly overpriced, but so is everything else in Happy Valley so I thought it was worth it to have a go.原本見到跑馬地開舖頭我真係好興奮想去食。雖然有D貴但係跑馬地乜都貴所以我都算啦。There was the optional extra HKD $10 guacamole and extra $15 cheese options, which I did both. They have now introduced an  Indian food / Curry menu. Tonight I had chicken tikka biryani which was excellent.  A good portion size and the chicken was tasty and good quality. Previously I have had chicken kebabs here which have been pretty good, but believe this place is getting better all the time.

Slow service, awful food, never go back again!They charged $85 for a tiny little pizza which was readily made and simply had it reheated in microwave right in front of the customers!!! The pizza only had 4 small pieces of pepperoni... Kebab was tasteless. And it took them ages to make one.Will never go back.

Since subway was gone, i have been looking forwards to tasting the new kebab place. I went there last friday. I was pleased to see that they offer various types of food. Kebab, pizza, salad. I ordered a kebab. It tasted quite nice, however, they put quite a lot of sauce in it, and the sauce was slightly too salty. Otherwise, the kebab would have been quite tasty. Next time will order one with less sauce. And will definitely try their pizza and salad.

On my way home, I noticed a new place had opened up in that place that once occupied Subway.  Kebab Land, a take away geared shop that served Halal friendly food. I told boyfriend about this new opening and he was interested. Finally, he said, something good is opening in my neighbourhood!A take away only shop, they do have a couple of tables outdoor where you can eat. Menu is in English and Chinese. The staff do speak English and Cantonese. They offer kebabs, donars and pizza. Apparently, they
