The wait was something like 45 min.  Normally i wouldn't even have bothered to wait, but my friend wanted to try the place and the reviews had wonderful things to say about the chewy udon, so I was like let's give it a try.  It turned out to be a huge mistake.Ordered cold udon.  The udon, which was supposed to be chewy, was actually hard/stiff!  The line between chewy and hard/stiff isn't exactly blurry, I don't know how some of these reviewers could have got it so outrageously wrong.  The sauce

Ordered cold udon.  The udon, which was supposed to be chewy, was actually hard/stiff!  The line between chewy and hard/stiff isn't exactly blurry, I don't know how some of these reviewers could have got it so outrageously wrong.  The sauce for the udon was actually decent and was the only reason why it's getting a 1.5/10 instead of a 0/10 from me.  My friend who ordered udon with seaweeds had similar comments about her udon.

近日聽聞鰹烏冬係長沙灣開左鋪,一直想試下香港既手做烏冬有幾好食,所以上個周日特登揸車去試下。可能係星期日既關係,下午1點去到都有6、7個排緊隊,小店入面得3-4枱倒,所以都等左半個鐘左右。鰹魚清湯烏冬素聞佢地既湯係搵鰹魚乾自己煲,飲落亦同坊間搵粉沖既順口好多,清湯比濃湯更易入口,飲多幾淡都唔覺口乾海苔冷烏冬食烏冬如果想食佢既質地,一定係食冷烏冬!因為冷縮熱漲既關係,冷烏冬一定會比熱烏冬有口感。鰹烏冬既冷烏冬亦唔列外,佢既麵條比熱烏冬幼身,更能沾上更多既湯汁,入口亦十分煙韌,非常推薦
