⭐️清蒸沙巴龍躉:鮮嫩滑溜嘅經典演繹
龍躉新鮮到不得了,蒸嘅時間拿捏得剛剛好,魚肉嫩滑得嚟唔會散,魚皮充滿膠質,黏唇感十足。最精彩嘅係魚肉底下嘅蒸魚豉油,用上自家調製嘅配方,甜鹹適中,完全唔會搶過魚嘅鮮味。

蔥絲同薑絲鋪滿魚身,去腥之餘更增添香氣。龍躉魚頭同魚腩部位油脂豐富,入口即化,絕對係識食之人嘅首選!

⭐️富國魚露澳洲花蝦:東南亞風情嘅鮮甜演繹
呢道花蝦用上越南富國島魚露調味,鹹鮮中帶微微甜味,非常開胃。花蝦size驚人,每隻都手掌般大,肉質結實彈牙,蝦頭充滿膏香。

師傅用蒜片同辣椒爆香,再加入魚露快炒,鑊氣十足。蝦肉吸收晒魚露嘅精華,鮮味爆棚,蝦殼香脆到可以連殼食,送酒一流!

又到食大閘蟹的季節,今次朋友帶我們去灣仔品嚐大閘蟹宴。任食的清蒸大閘蟹,細細隻但蟹膏的份量十分豐富,每次落單都好快上蟹,每轉每人兩隻,我開始食第二隻時已經叫定下一轉。今次大滿足總共食了11隻。除了大閘蟹仲有其他菜式,花膠燉響螺湯,味道夠濃、椒鹽鮮鮑魚,醬料的鹹味有些過、鹽香BB乳鴿,比較普通、生炒糯米飯,食到一條毛髮所以放棄了。食到最後他們提供一碗薑茶,味道非常濃郁,喝起來十分舒暖。每張枱的距離太近,不太好坐,全程店員都好好服務,好快手清潔我們的蟹殼。

一行十人要搵地方食團年飯,最好都係食中菜,一大張圓枱方便傾計。點了十位的"多補套餐",套餐海鮮肉類乜都有,唔使自己諗。第一道是黃酒煮雞🐔,黃酒煲滾外加上新鮮雞塊,即煮即食,非常適合冬天嘅菜式,飲一啖黃酒,有種暖入心嘅感覺。第二道是羊腩煲,膻味適中,羊腩好多件仲炆得好入味,仲有馬蹄、腐竹、荀、冬菇等配菜,非常惹味。第三道是扒花膠鮑魚,花膠略嫌淡味,不過鮑魚有少許黏刀,口感煙靭。第四道是蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝,蒜蓉好香,粉絲吸哂味好好味,扇貝都好大隻。第四道是煎大虎蝦,虎蝦新鮮彈牙,惹味可口仲有膏!第五道是生炒臘味糯米飯,糯米飯唔硬,味道都唔錯。最後甜品是蒸棗皇糕,剛剛蒸起嘅棗皇糕好煙靭,中間仲有一層椰汁,真係好好食,幾位朋友都即場買左幾底棗皇糕!$398/位嘅套餐,食物份量好夠,好抵食!

12月頭趕及水尾同老婆食個大閘蟹宴。星期六竟然冇分時段,六點上到去,環境尚可係d枱距離較近,隔離講乜都聽到。坐底即上蟹宴,先來花膠響螺湯,非常甜美。BB乳鴿,糯米飯,鮑魚都正常好味。來到主角大閘蟹,一round每人兩隻,都算多膏大隻,大約20分鐘清就清晒。侍應主動問我地加單,呢樣抵贊。上蟹速度快,不過係冇乜兜比人裝垃圾同冇紙巾供應。之後食多4-5 round但中途發覺有幾隻蟹有陣怪味同埋d肉爛爛霉霉,唔係咁新鮮。Total 每人食左10隻到,好滿足。最後上埋彊茶,落足料,如果份量大碗d就更正。

一年一度大閘蟹時間又到啦,我急不及待要搵間餐廳食下,朋友之前食過金兜記都唔錯,我都今次要盡情食,大閘蟹餐及所有食品都滿意,燉湯裏面有花膠,都大片的,上蟹非常快,雖然唔係好大隻,但隻隻蟹膏是橙黃色的,只有一兩隻差少少,鮑魚,乳鴿同糯米飯都好正,食足兩個鐘,我們五人total食咗38隻,食完好快order就有,一啲都唔會拖時間👍🏻最後的薑茶一定要大讚,因為超多薑,夠晒驅寒!我一定會再嚟,因為食得好盡興。

想平日黎食個晏,食到一肚氣! 快快手諗住食個商務套餐,由落單到第一碟嘢食黎都用左25分鐘,lunch time無左一半,🖕🏻催嘢食催到我都討厭我自己,啲嘢食幾好食所無用啦,印象咁差。伙記無做錯,錯嘅係廚房,廚房唔出就等啲伙記出黎受罪,差劣,見到樓面壓力大。嘢食係好食,味道唔錯。可惜我地只係食商務套餐,無隔離枱啲大魚大肉或者龍蝦刺身,被比下去。廚房無理過我地打工仔嘅死活(只有一個鐘lunch hour),下次?仲有下次? 算啦,唔好為一肚氣而食,我寧願幫襯美心都唔會再黎呢度。
