Kale has a healthy selection - to the likes of Mana and Life Cafe (RIP). But one exceptional thing about Kale is it's breathtaking views. I was a bit upset that i was ordering to-go when I saw the birds eye view of the city. Such a shame. I got their cajun chicken salad, and the cajun spices were very fragrant. 《KALE》是羽衣甘藍，《KALE》也是我以前介紹過的一間位於上環的健康飲食樓上 cafe。可是，因為一些大家都心照的原因，上環的店需要結業了。不過，《KALE》這一家以健康飲食的並沒有因為閉店而暗然地消失。早前，在一次銅鑼灣/灣仔，中環/上環/金鐘的免費便當 promotion 後，他們先在銅鑼灣重新出發，與一間名叫《Circo》的酒吧共用場地，開始午餐及下午茶的服務。而我就在此美妙 cafe 開業時，拜訪了兩至三次。 場地是一間酒吧形式的 Disco，所以其空間感是甚好的。有高座的吧檯，有舒適的梳化。可能是新開，來的兩次 lunch 都可以坐在窗邊的梳化位。同朋友輕鬆地吃上健康的沙律餐，舒服地談上一小時，我可以說，是一件樂事。 更樂的，是餐廳的景觀。灣仔、馬場、銅鑼灣的景色都可以望到。居高臨下的感覺，就是這麼的令人開心。 其他野少說了，第一次來，我點了一個漢堡，叫 Kale Crab Burger。餡是一大片羽衣甘藍，番茄同牛油果，再加上蟹肉沙律 (後來改良了做煎蟹肉餅)。這是一個凍食的漢堡，蟹肉是非常香口的，再配合埋牛油果，令到包子非常之 creamy。附上的著條，是薯仔同蕃

It's located at thr center of causeway bay，but totally far from the nosy street as it's 22th floor. Obviously you can get a great city view at window tables.They have several kinds of salad boxes to select，I try the seared Tuna with mixed salad，quality is quite good and all the materials are organic.Generally，it's a great place to have a post workout meal here if you want to keep fit as well.

It's a hidden place. If I didn't try searching a salad place in CWB, I wouldn't have found this place. There's limited place in CWB offering quality salad/healthy food.Healthy, yummy and quality food. I ordered a Seared Tuna Salad - ingredients are fresh and pretty big portion too. I'll definitely come back again. A must go place in CWB for those love salad.

今日嚟開呢邊做運動，就揀左呢間以素食為主嘅餐廳，沙律好新鮮，沙律醋加埋羽衣甘藍、紅菜頭、藜麥、甜橙、南瓜等等新鮮蔬菜材料，呢個Signature Salad真係好正，大大盒，1個人食真係好飽肚。下次好想試埋佢其他嘢食，都十分吸引😍😍仲加埋佢哋嘅是日素湯，材料好足，好好飲👍👍加上Waiter服務態度好好，細心介紹餐牌👍👍一入餐廳內望向馬場景，配上藍天，感覺舒服，坐得又舒適😍😍Lunch time上嚟以素食為主嘅餐廳食下嘆下，確係不錯😋😋

Highly recommend the awesome Tuna salad. It comes along with a mix of everything in the selection of salad which includes eggplant, beetroots, quinoa, kale, brown rice, pumpkin, okra, potato etc. Totally worth the price!!!The environment is superb! With cozy sofa and high ceiling design! Not to mention the staffs are really friendly and cheerful out theredefinitely will visit again！

放假中午先出去銅鑼灣，早餐都無食，街度人潮洶湧，所以搵咗呢間樓上店食Brunch，在一座新型大廈22樓，但令人好迷茫嘅係，地下大堂顯示22樓係另一個英文名，好猶豫上到去，門口先見到我要搵嘅餐廳banner，入內幾驚喜，水泥色牆壁加高樓底，唔嘈雜，仲有一套打band嘅鼓放在近門口，加上黑鐵架吊燈，好有聽歌餐廳嘅感覺！近窗有一張灰綠色大梳化，可以坐三枱客，店員係英文人，安排我坐梳化中間，無兩邊咁好，因為兩邊可以用梳化角位望到後面嘅馬場境！西式餐牌好簡單，有中英對照，食物款式唔多，所以好快落單，店員要負責水嘅打沙冰！蟹餅漢堡配蕃薯薯條（$118）賣相幾靚，好喜歡佢個竹織嘅鴨仔籃，漢堡已經好妥善咁用紙包好，打開個漢堡好多層，麵包有芝麻面，好鬆軟！蔬菜新鮮，牛油果夠熟，好軟好滑，蕃茄多汁，生菜爽脆，吉列蟹餅好濃味，蟹肉好香！加埋一齊味道好夾！蕃薯條好特別，比薯條煙韌，好甜，加啲茄汁吊味仲正！甘藍香蕉蘋果藍莓果露（$30）好驚喜，眼見綠色一大杯，仲有啲菜碎，即刻好驚會飲草青汁，點知好驚喜嘅只有青菜嘅清新，但又無澀味，蘋果味突出啲，香蕉同藍莓就唔覺，中央夾雜啲冰碎，好冰涼清新！食品好味，店員好好笑容

It has truly been a while that Kale has been missed, and is a whimsical rebirth with a slightly different menu in a totally different venue. Back in around 2 to 3 years ago, Kale was a petit cafe in Sheung Wan, which I have paid several visits for its burger sliders, creative desserts and salads. 認識一位撰寫食評多年的友人，沒有往這方面繼續發展，她選擇直接開店 相識時間不長，也不是因為飯聚或什麼試食活動而相識，倒是透過Kale作契機 恭喜Kale終於重出江湖，落戶銅鑼灣，亦恭喜友人再度延續愛好，實現心願 位於銅鑼灣無人不曉的時代廣場斜對面，霎東街的Oliv 記得地址是廿二樓，但看到名牌是Circo，不禁生疑，不過照去無誤，門口已見站牌 店面比起昔日上環樓上店要大得多，基本上有酒吧包場的感覺 日間到來，採光度十分高，而且可以俯瞰銅鑼灣及跑馬地附近的街景，放鬆好去處 蟹餅漢堡配薯條 Crab Cake Burger $118 份量實在是個驚喜，如果去過舊店，以相約價位吃過Mini Sliders，就會有如此的感覺 比掌心更大又厚身多層的漢堡賣相吸引，漢堡包是穀麥包，但吃起來毫不乾韌 當中夾有Kale的重心－－Kale，由於跟其他豐富食材同食，沒有太重的青澀之味 蟹餅厚薄合宜，不知道是我影相影太長時間還是怎樣，脆度確實差些少 只是油感未算太重，蟹肉腍綿充足，襯搭牛油果及蛋黃醬的潤感，難得讓我覺得飽肚呢！ 另外還附上蕃薯條，調味不重手，略脆且帶蕃薯的淡淡清甜，不蘸醬亦未見膩 花

Previously dined at Kale when they were in Sheungwan but now they are bigger and better at OLIV located at Sharp Street behind Times Square with gorgeous views of Happy Valley, Crowne Plaza and CWB city.The menu has more choices than before and there are some new shakes which make it difficult to choose because they all sound delicious.For those of you that are not familiar with KALE, Kale is a vegetable with frilly leaves that is high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, and rich in calcium.
