Introduction
Jean Pierre is managed by famous international chief Jean-Pierre Bagnato.He had been worked for different Michelin restaurant in France,U.K and Australia.He also worked for Cafe de Artistes in Lan Kwai Fong and Margaux restaurant in Hong Kong Shangrila hotel Kowloon.He is able to use different prime ingredients to make simple and delicious food.The setting of the restaurant is very spacious.The chairs were designed by Phillippe Starck.Colorful Paintings and sculpture by Elmyr de Hory、Yves Thos and Jackson Yuare are put on the wall.The restaurant only serve members.

Stylish, modern. It is only worth going once... beautifully decorated. The food is more about the display than the actual food. The old George's Grill, a traditional high class French Cuisine was in miles way better than this modern New York style Jean Pierre.
