話說今日經過沙田home town 嘅呢間中菜,見到門口話堂食全部半價,係超級抵,因為小妹平時都覺得呢間好貴前菜 - 安格斯牛沙律個牛肉好薄好香,是略冷的,但好好食,大推!另外一個推薦的是櫻花蝦米粉絲煲,個櫻花蝦好香,d配菜好夾,令人一口接一口的,重口味的你不可錯過!香酥鴨 - 個皮炸到無曬肥油,肉質又嫩,個sauce 是沙茶嘅味,小妹覺得唔點都好食!最後黎個清清地嘅菜,個菇好特別!總結,埋單半價4百幾,呢度你會試到好多fusion 左嘅中菜,環境好舒服,值得一提是個茶都係好飲的呢! continue reading

自"限聚令"實施以來,特別懷念三代同堂出外聚餐的情景,重溫之前與家人吃飯的照片,想談談八月花的飯局。曾到過八月花在九龍塘和尖沙咀的分店,食物質素不錯,第一次來沙田分店。當天我們有十多人,沒有吃套餐, 因為想多嚐幾味,散點小菜,雖然例牌每碟份量不大, 但吃了多款菜式,不能盡錄, 以下幾款印象較深。有機腐竹鮮淮山(小) 先來個前菜,賣相不錯,但我對淮山有點敏感,只吃了有機腐竹,幼滑有豆香,相當醒胃。蟹肉小米餅(小) 這個較像西/日式前菜 ,脆口的小米餅上放了大撮蟹肉,混了蛋黄醬,灑了少許孜然粉, 夾著生菜和蕃茄,滋味之中帶清爽!招牌脆皮燒嫩鵝 (例)菜名標榜是"嫩鵝", 果然與別不同,外皮香脆,肉質粉紅軟嫩中帶堅挺,鵝味香濃,很美味!薄荷安格斯牛肉炒菜遠沙嗲牛肉常見,但特別之處是加了薄荷葉炒, 安格斯牛肉厚身腍軟,味道不錯,薄荷葉有清新感!洛神花黑豚骨可樂骨、士多啤梨骨很常見,但以洛神花汁煮肉骨卻少有,雖然略嫌細塊,但酸味獨特,炸得酥脆,加洛神花汁煮,開胃又解膩!一向喜歡洛神花,我在家中天台種植,每年開花一至二遍。收成時放在暖壺泡水喝,愛吃酸的不用放糖,是有助消化和降三高的健康飲品。原來加入小菜又有一番風味,這煮意相當好!菠蘿咕嚕肉 腍滑有肉汁,酸酸甜甜,味道濃淡適中。菠蘿咕嚕肉是我的至愛之一,每逢到第一次光顧的中菜館,總愛點這個嚐味。因急不及待,人先吃,手機才吃,照片少了兩塊肉。極品醬油炒飯什麽? 炒飯只有醬油加葱花? 真大膽 ! 豉油皇炒麵也有些蛋絲和芝蔴吧! 但想不到這個炒飯簡簡單單,但又幾好味,很驚喜! 可能因為用了極品醬油!雜果燒仙草~蜜瓜、哈密瓜、士多啤梨都是大大粒的,燒仙草併奶凍黑白分明,相映成趣! 還有幾件是黑白相間的,賣相、口感、味道都好! 其實另外還吃了杏仁茶,但印象較深的卻是雜果燒仙草。因為中菜館一般供應傳統中式糖水,很少有類這潮食甜點,特别又美味! continue reading
