11號嗰日超凍,去到餐廳大概十二點半,一入到去就有人黎serve我地,俾我地嘅係熱水,貼心!我地揀食物(set lunch)就揀左石斑魚和牛柳(圖),至於前菜就有是日餐湯或沙律揀,由於天氣凍的關係,我們都揀了餐湯(是日是龍蝦湯,冇影相,極濃和香,但咸了一點。)石班魚就一般,有點太冧,牛柳就唔錯,可惜冇西冷 有甜品,當日係紅莓朱古力蛋糕,正正常常啦!最後有個餐飲,coffee or tea,一般貨式。值得一贊係服務好好  continue reading

KsMeow曾在銅鑼灣工作,名店坊、百德新街一帶也是敗家選擇地,喜愛那里靜中帶旺,逛得舒服;還有不少餐廳食肆,當敗得累時,找個悠閒落腳地也不錯!...最近到了那里一間餐廳,邊嚐美食,邊學習品嚐香檳,感受美酒佳餚所帶來的樂趣!專業品酒師Jennifer Luk,帶領大家認識香檳的歷史及知識,由淺入深,簡單易明!相信門外漢也能有所得著!...法國的Fine de Claire肉身帶青色,裙邊爽彈,帶有濃濃海水味!個人的心水吃法,就是不蘸任何醬汁(包括檸檬汁)吃到蠔的後段,喝一小口酒,以其去提升蠔本身的甜味!G.H Mumm Blanc de Blancs不算太甜,帶點果香,配生蠔不搶其鹹鮮!...菜式之間,KsMeow特別愛看杯內的香檳氣泡,氣泡不斷的翻騰再分裂,不但觸動味蕾,更是眼睛的享受(笑)西式魚扒主菜,智利鱸魚及帶子配忌廉菠菜伴香檳龍蝦忌廉汁,令人滿意!鱸魚雪白富彈性,比想像中要滑嫩很多,單吃也亳無腥味,下了少量海鹽,魚肉的鮮甜更突出!想濃味一點,亦可輕蘸龍蝦忌廉汁,旁邊的忌廉菠菜吸收了魚油,翠綠又夠嫩,同樣不錯吃!屬清香味甜的G.H Mumm Cordon Rouge,跟魚的鮮甜亦很匹配!...甜品是焗蘋果金寶配雲呢拿雪糕伴什莓,兩者甜度較高!以入口帶微微果酸,有著淡雅高貴的三文魚粉紅色G.H Mumm Brut Rose襯托著,起了平衡味蕾的作用!小分享完畢,有興趣可按KsMeow或Openrice內其他分享!謝謝! continue reading

與好朋友飯聚,她一早為我哋個飯聚訂枱,所以去到即時入座。朋友知道我鐘意食蠔,所以也特別揀咗呢間餐廳。餐廳環境舒適寬敞,感覺好舒服。一坐下,WAITER就捧2個大餐牌來介紹蠔款同埋TODAY'S SPECIALS。我個人比較喜愛CREAMY OYSTER,所以ORDER咗幾款WAITER都話係比較肥大既OYSTER。食蠔之先,先來一個PAMA HAM卷著芝麻菜卷,咸苦之間,味道尚可。接著我最喜愛既OYSTER上枱啦,WAITER都會提醒客人食唔同品種蠔既先後次序每人食咗3隻,反而食到最尾SIZE比較細既,先覺得好夠蠔味,相反,越大隻的,唔夠蠔味,唔夠肥厚,略淡口。原先我哋仲ORDER咗TUA TUA CLAM的,可能因為太低食啦,所以未夠8PM已經話賣哂!嘆完隻美味OYSTER,好想蠔味喺口留多陣,不過WAITER接著已送上前菜小食。呢個小食亦都係我最喜歡的鵝肝。不過呢度個CHIEF就煮得麻麻啦…雖然佢能夠細心煎得外脆,但可惜入面既鵝肝差少少先叫熟,所以食呢一小件鵝肝時,雖然煎得外脆,但入面生生地唯有食完即刻飲番杯白酒殺菌,安心啲。跟住我哋仲ORDER咗個SAUTEED BEEF SHORT RIB WITH BLACK PEPPER SAUCE,一口牛,幾好0趙口,BUT肉質粗糙咗啲,食落口都乾咗啲,下次可以試其他。食完哂頭盤小食,接著應該係到主菜。上主菜之先,WAITER捧上STRAWBERRY雪芭俾你RE-FREASH番再食主菜,感覺好唔同,唔會混雜前菜/小食香口既味道。而我哋今晚既主菜就係呢個帶子墨魚汁意大利粉。呢個主菜真係值得推介呢。粒粒珍寶帶子咁大粒,口感非常,墨魚汁夠新鮮意粉又爽口彈牙,下次一定會再食呢個。不過提提各位食呢個主菜時,緊記細細口咁食,想同朋友傾偈時先抺抺口同飲啖嘢,因為你一食呢個,滿口滿嘴唇都係烏卒卒,唔抺抺嘴先同人傾偈,真係失禮啦!食西餐,最後有個甜品先會覺得完美。朋友亦都就我意願揀咗一個好HEAVY既DESSERT:火焰雪山食火焰雪山都係貪見到果團藍火喺CREAM面上郁動。WAITER都會JOKING一句:「見唔見到啲火呀?呢度太光,唔係見得好清楚…」但事實又見到果團藍火燃燒過一陣子的。講番個味邊方面,整個火焰雪山味道ok,但略嫌酒味重咗一點,內裏相信唔止係雲尼拿雪榚咁簡單,因為仲包含有啲nuts喺度,增加一點0趙口。 continue reading

8月25日同朋友嚟左呢度食生蠔,其實尖沙咀都有分店的,不過我地之前去左上環所以去銅鑼灣好似近d,就揀左銅鑼灣啦.但去到竟然係冇做買一打生蠔送半打的優惠呀,問仕應點解尖沙咀有做,佢地就話唔同分店未必會做同一樣既優惠的呀,朋友前一晚係打過去尖沙咀問話仲有呢個優惠的,真的好唔抵.好無奈的情況下就叫左每人兩隻生蠔啦,無得送真的差好遠,我叫左一隻澳州,另一隻係愛爾蘭,兩種完全唔同味道的生蠔,大細都差一d,澳州的較咸及有蠔味,肉身都較爽口,愛爾蘭的則比較creamy及淡身,我較鍾意濃味的澳州呀,其他朋友叫左既種類都好唔同架,口味亦係有些鍾意濃,有些鍾意淡身d.送了一籃麵包,麵包有三款細細個的,味道都ok的,我地還order左一些嘢一齊食,羊架及牛扒,還有沙律,墨汁意粉等, 羊架有兩件的,賣相都幾靚及唔會好生,味道都好味的又唔算酥,配一些薯蓉拌碟的. 西冷牛扒五成熟,所以我都唔敢試,但賣相都好ok,出面煎香但入面還生生地,肉質應該會好滑的.沙律一款用coupon送的,另一款則係凱撒沙律跟幾條炸了的魚肉條,ok啦,但好重味,d沙律既汁太咸及太多了.反而送的那款較清,還有pama ham的呀!因唔太夠食所以就叫左一個墨汁帶子意粉,嘩粒帶好大粒架,帶子好好味又爽又多肉,意粉都好香及入味呀,雖然食到成口黑晒,不過我地唔夠口再叫多左一碟的呀.環境都ok的,雖然唔係好大,服務ok,但如果有埋買一打生蠔送半打就very ok啦!! continue reading

我一個月都最少會幫襯兩王三次既,無論日頭或者夜晚我都覺得d野食都做得好好,waiter同waitress亦都好"好客",眼見同其他客人能夠打成一片,食客都食得好開心,又會主動介紹佢地既daily specials同其他promotions,相信末必間間餐廳都能夠做得好(到),食物都保持一貫水準,由其係佢地既pasta同海鮮都做得十分出色,智利鱸魚更加無得預,隔離枱枱外國客人都大讚一番,相信佢地可以做得更加好呢!!!!!!by the way,剛剛睇倒之前兩篇既食評,希望你地更加努力,証明你地既service同食品係好好既,努力,我地一班朋友同你地既客人一定會繼續撐你地既.........!!!!! continue reading
