食餐飯又要落訂,又要限時限刻,遲到15min又話要扣返你時間,幾千蚊食餐生日飯,規定個零鐘要食完。


去到食嘢,片皮鴨搵啲火燒下燒下係有啲睇頭,但食落去竟然差過街邊一間普通酒樓。隻鴨,配菜,醬汁,全部都搞唔掂。京蔥羊肉調味不錯,但羊肉唔林,少少香口膠感覺。金湯黃花魚,完全搞唔掂,求其街邊一檔餐廳好食過佢。蟹肉炒飯幾好食,但份量超級少,唔知以為自己淨係叫咗一碗炒飯唔係一碟。甜品都係普通大排檔貨式。頭先講嗰啲全部都五六百蚊一碟,收呢啲價錢,你俾啲咁嘅質素嘅嘢我食有冇搞錯。大家都食到冇食慾,唔敢再叫。


胡同絕對係近年食過最最最差嘅中菜,沒有之一。服務惡劣,食物惡劣。除非你坐窗口食氣氛,否則只係一間完全中伏餐廳。

1.松露鮑魚
鮑魚鮮甜爽口,咬一口有嚼勁,還貼心地切成小塊,剛好一口可以吃一塊,可惜有啲太辣同埋鹹

2.魚籽煎鵝肝燻蛋
溏心效果做得不錯,可惜味道有點淡。

3.酸辣金湯包
一定要一口吃下去,咬一口湯汁就爆出來,酸辣味不會太濃,還帶出肉的香味。

4.紫椰菜乳香蓮藕餃
餃子皮薄,裡面加了菇類增加口感,調味也很好。

5.魚香虎蝦
超級美味!青椒和辣椒的味道完全融入虾肉,虾的大小適中,肉質鮮嫩,超讚的!

6.青花椒鱈魚
這道一定要吃!鱈魚鮮嫩無骨,質感像吃豆腐花,青花椒提味,超鮮美!



總結來說,這家餐廳更注重氛圍,而不是味道。中菜方面算是中規中矩,我只會去試一次。因為本人對於食物的要求也比較高。但環境和情調加分不少,適合情侶來享受。

I think people only come here for the view and beautiful decorations. It is on the top floor of the HZentre in Tsimshatui.  We got there at 12pm  and it just opened so we were able to snag a window seat.  We ordered the half Peking duck, soft shell crab, lobster toast and green beans. Peking duck was bland and they did not use the fire to brown it (like the photos). It seemed that there was alot of meat left on the bones after the guy  cut the meat off. We ordered the half Peking duck, soft shell crab, lobster toast and green beans. Peking duck was bland and they did not use the fire to brown it (like the photos). It seemed that there was alot of meat left on the bones after the guy  cut the meat off. I asked them to make the soft shell crab as least spicy as possible and it still was very spicy.  Lobster toast was ok . They never came to check on us and the person taking our order seemed really unhappy in her job. Its pretty pricey ($500 for half a peking duck with hardly any meat). I don't mind paying alot for the food if the service matches but if they want to keep on charging these prices and not face an empty dining room ( we left around 2pm and there were only about 7 tables with patrons) they need to train their employees with better service. The food is just ok,  but you really come for the view.

裝修環境型格個維港景色係靚嘅,但唔知為乜要播啲超級大聲嘅酒吧音樂,嘈到同朋友傾計都極度困難,想個vibe型啲輕鬆啲冇問題但真係太大聲,我係嚟食飯唔係落夜場,叫左幾次waiter問可唔可以細聲啲啲,話可以但最終都冇做到。唔知係咪燈光太黑黑到啲waiter都睇唔清楚連基本清潔都做唔好枱面勁多油漬,而個重點片皮鴨完全唔值呢個價,師父啲刀功衰過屋邨酒樓,見佢落刀前用酒點一點火燒鴨身以為會香啲脆啲但完全唔覺,片得差上碟擺盤又差,真心完全唔值$900,平過佢又好食過佢真係大把選擇,永無下次!
