去鴻福堂不一定是買龜苓膏，近日天氣轉涼，它的靚湯更吸引自己煲湯，來來去去都是果幾款，所以用湯卷買了黑松露花膠象拔蚌響螺湯湯的成份是豬骨、螺、花膠、象拔蚌乾…等，都是滋陰補氣的湯料。放沸水中煮了5分鐘後，打開湯包，松露香味撲鼻而來，尚算馥郁，每包份量約有兩碗，湯水甜潤，加上少許海鹽提鮮，味道不錯👍，不失為一個秋日解燥的靚湯！ continue reading
