「海安咖啡室」應該是干諾道西上碩果僅存的老牌茶記了。舊時大笪地和三角碼頭殘留韻味當然值得保存,然而食物和奶茶質素未臻頂級,圖片所示的香蔥滑蛋碎牛厚多士看來非常吸引,但是蔥香、蛋香和肉香都不足,吃入口感覺蔥的草青味過濃(但不是蔥香啊),奶茶也煲得略嫌苦澀一點。

週六不到12點去到就已經全滿 還好剛剛有個卡位買單。併座在香港已經見怪不怪。坐下後馬上就把想吃的都點了。兩個人,點了一件西多士HKD30,一個公司煲仔米HKD45,一個雞翼雞蛋撈麵HKD45外加一杯咖啡紅豆冰(跟餐加18)。味道不告不失。有比他更好吃的 不過服務卻是一流。下單的大姐態度超好,一直說不好意思 讓客人久等,門外客人進來後又一直說抱歉,說地方小。跟外面那些因爲生意好不愁沒生意的趕客臉完全是更壤之別。推薦。

今日要到上環training, 知道海安就在附近。因為佢外面係50,60年代的古老冰室樣,好像好懷舊呢。入到去已經好多人食緊嘢,當然我和朋友都要搭枱,但坐卡位的-面都算舒服。我地都點了叉燒撈丁麵,因為見倒對面食緊,個樣唔錯呢。d 叉燒好多,又好好食,啖啖肉,唔知係唔係自己燒呢!有點葱油令個丁麵好香!老實講,我N年無吃丁麵了,今次係佢地整得吸引而破戒!我叫了檸檬茶,下次-定試奶茶同佢個煲仔鷄翼丁麵!!!最令我們窩心係,找數時,因為揾唔倒個一蚊銀仔,老闆話唔收那-元,叫我下次經過先俾!!!好感動呀,下次要再來!

小時候經常到這間茶餐廳用膳,所以長大後,每次經過,都好想光顧,回憶一下「那些年」。這就是「情意結」。今次我們來晚了,已經沒有早餐。(早餐提供時間至早上11點。)「鮮茄羅宋湯雙拌麵(炒蛋、鮮牛肉)」這個是週末限定,只有30碗,當然必食!羅宋湯用了十足,好有「家」的感覺。唯獨是今次選擇了麵,自己對這個麵的口感,不太喜歡。下次還是選擇通粉夠安全。「餐肉薑蔥香油撈麵」撈麵落了薑蔥、香油,非常香!餐肉厚切,煎得外脆內軟,整體感覺非常好味!「懷舊紅豆冰」賣相已經非常吸引,上面一球扮雪糕的冰,已經令這杯紅豆冰生色了不少。(注意,拍照後要盡快飲幾啖,因為冰融得好快,會可以滿瀉。)*餐廳沒有提供BB櫈。

Had a very bad experience here where service wasn’t that good and we waited for more than 45 mins the toast I ordered was still not ready even after my friends have eaten their dishes. We chased the people there a few times but in the end still had to wait. So we left without waiting for it in the end since we had to catch a ferry. The coffee was quite bad too, it didn’t have a strong coffee flavour and was quite watery. Food wasn’t especially good too so I don’t think it’s worth going again. Yo

這天經過上環,因為不熟識這邊的食肆,便在網上找了這家大獲好評的茶餐廳--海安咖啡室。我點了一個「煲仔公司麫」。點的時候沒為意,看到名字這麼特別,加上旁邊桌子很多人都點了這個,便打算嚐一嚐,誰知點了後再看看餐牌,才發現只是午餐肉、香腸、煎蛋等幾樣食物加在一起的一個麫,當下便已感到不妙。麫送來了,自己仍懷着盼望,想着有這麼多人點,應該有其獨特之處吧。誰知一嚐,卻發現沒甚麼特別。麫條是一般茶餐廳用的麫,而且也不是煮得特別美味或是彈牙,而湯亦只是公仔麫的味精調味料。再嚐嚐香腸等食物,也無特別之處,甚至香腸煮得有點硬,有點還未熟的感覺。唯一比較美味的,就是午餐肉了。午餐肉算得上厚切,咬下去肉感很豐富,而且煮得頗軟,吃下去十分滋味(個人本身偏好腍身的午餐肉)。可惜除此之外便無可稱道之處了。這一餐其實有點像自己在家煮的一個「頹麫」,如無意外我還在自行回家煮麫,不會再光顧這裏了。

上環一帶真係零捨多好西,海安都係其中一間,呢到既蔥牛炒蛋厚多士,係我既心頭好,幾乎次次黎親呢到,只要夾岩到時間,我都會食佢。但遇著時間對唔岩,未有得食,就會食吓呢個蔥油辣撈福麵雞翼同蛋都滷得入味,普普通通,但最叫我食指大動既其實係呢碟墊底既福麵,講真以公仔麵黎講,福麵個味其實真係無得輸,如果公仔麵分一丁派同福麵派,毫無疑問我會係後者既支持者。而海安呢個蔥油辣撈福麵,又係整得幾惹味既,辣辣地,都幾吸引。配埋杯熱華田,簡簡單單,又一餐。
