舊區傳統燒爉店,其貌不揚,半肥瘦叉燒可口鬆化,燒肉脆皮,配甜豉油(似自家製),一流。雙併($50)唔算貴,抵食。連例湯($11)都落足料,唔係求其煲。下次一定再嚟。 continue reading

門口的招牌字體已反映其古舊的時代痕跡。叉鵝飯的叉燒軟硬適中,不會太乾,而燒鵝色澤偏深色,沒有多餘脂肪,但也不乾,反而顯得更健康。鹵水例牌,尤好腎,有𡁻口,入味!助酒一流!例湯雖然要11蚊,但也絕不欺場,真材實料。 continue reading

住油麻地多年,行開行埋都成日見到海記,但係幫襯就只係好似得兩次,仲要冇細心食過,今日終於可以試真啲。除咗常見嘅燒味外,店家仲有鵝腸,豬紅等提供。海記只有燒鵝,沒有燒鴨,不過個人覺得燒鵝係好食啲。朋友叫咗燒鵝豉油雞賴粉,挾左佢一舊燒鵝,味道還好罷了。我就叫咗白切雞鵝腸賴粉,朋友的豉油雞和我的白切雞都非常滑嫩,雞味足。鵝腸麻麻,羶味且唔爽口。賴粉爽口,但係湯底淡如水。蔥油,係無薑的,偏咸同感覺油太多。 continue reading

初八收工諗住去油麻地食糯米飯,點知重未開市咁唯有行返出大街見到呢間老字號燒腊店據聞轉咗手一於入去試下水準如何膶腸叉燒飯叉燒半肥瘦,肉嫩有汁膶腸二大條,有酒香,但肥肉多咗啲油雞燒鵝飯油雞皮軟肉嫩,上色均匀,豉油香料好入味燒鵝皮唔夠脆,可以夜咗放耐咗但肉質好嫩唔韌,有鵝味而腌味唔错西洋菜蜜棗湯幾足料,都有西洋菜味但見佢装湯時加咗啲白色粉末唔知係味精,鹽定糖呢?埋單$116 continue reading
