放工路過呢間餅店,係一間比較懷舊嘅小店,見櫥窗擺滿唔同口味嘅曲奇餅,仲有蛋撻、椰撻,種類繁多但我就特別被呢個蛋白椰撻吸引到。$8一個比屋苑樓下賣嘅蛋撻同椰揵價錢貴,不過質素同價錢成正比。呢款蛋白椰撻冇普通椰撻有過甜嘅缺點,而且外層嘅牛油皮牛油味香濃兼非常鬆脆,就算擺凍左都好食,牛油皮嘅咸香同椰蓉餡嘅甜十分配合,味道同平時食到嘅椰撻好唔同。眼見店內仲有好多小食,例如角仔、笑口棗等等賀年小吃都買得到,唔駛等新年都有得賣,一包包以小包裝俾客人選擇。 continue reading

之前已經聽聞過上環喜利嘅曲奇🍪好食,今日咁啱經過就買嚟試試,買咗原味,朱古力🍫同班蘭,食落去唔黏口,而且好鬆化,食得出唔係用人工牛油嚟整,不過朱古力味就有啲苦,班蘭亦比較淡。另外買咗店員姐姐👩🏻‍🦰強烈推薦嘅芝士🧀酥餅,但芝士味🧀比較淡,對愛食芝士🧀嘅我略嫌不足。剛好過兩日就過年🧨,店門擺滿咗一盤盤傳統既應節食品,試食了牛耳同笑口棗,新鮮出爐♨️既牛耳好香脆,而笑口棗成粒都畀芝麻粒包住晒🈵,食時成口都充滿芝麻味🥰 continue reading

自從吃過灣仔金鳯的雞批後,阿J開始迷上雞批,今天路過喜利,見到啲雞批飽滿的樣子,於是便外賣了一個給她。 傳統的餅店現在已買少見少了! 年近歳晚,這𥚃亦有供應賀年美食。 雞批$10元一個,都算大隻,起碼比金鳯大隻。第一時間跑回 office,將溫暖的雞批送到老婆大人手上,等候發落。喜利的雞批雖然及不上金鳯酥脆,卻勝在雞肉粒偏多,白汁味道都唔錯,好飽肚,飽到阿J唔洗食晚飯。 continue reading

與友人飯聚路過這小小的餅店,直覺覺得它很不尋常。店以街名去命名,舊式麵包鋪格局,感覺是有點歲月的。小小卻當眼的餅櫃裏,有不同款式的曲奇,也有少有在餅店出現的潮州酥糖。老公素愛花生酥糖,因此便買一包嚐嚐,才十多元,實在是便宜得很的零嘴。他數天後才發現了它,結論就是吃得太遲。這花生酥糖花生味濃,面層藏了不少花生顆粒,甜膩而酥香。吃酥糖就要有被膩死的心理準備。說吃得太遲,是因吃時口感雖仍是脆身的,但已受了點潮,原本薄薄的糖層已有點化了,相信本來是多層次的薄脆酥糖來的,是有點可惜。是包裝得太簡單,令酥糖走了氣。當然,簡單質樸,也是它的優點吧。下次經過上環,一定會試試其他潮州酥糖。 continue reading
