另外個蠔湯超級濃郁,真係未試過飲蠔煮嘅湯,預咗係偏鹹味重嘅,但係作為頭盤都恰當。

主菜真係要重點講A4和牛,想講佢煮得非常之好, A4本身舊肉夠靚當然唔使講,但係個生熟度都係非常適中,嚿肉咬入口唔會太溶,仲有保留返牛肉應該有嘅口感。唔食牛嘅可以試吓個意大利粗麵釀海鮮,幾有心機嘅,最欣賞都係嗰兩粒龍蝦,好鮮味!

我最欣賞佢呢度唔會局限你一定要食甜品,可以揀兩個前菜,有陣時都真係食唔到咁多甜嘢,同埋啲前菜都真係幾有特色。

Overall性價比都算幾好,唔好唔記得有個180度維港景,同埋啲服務都好到位嘅,都好適合拍拖撐枱腳!

呢個紫菜蠔忌廉湯好濃郁,蠔味十足,紫菜增添咗口感同香氣。龍蝦油煎帶子亦都做得好好,帶子煎得剛剛好,外皮微微焦香,內裡嫩滑多汁,龍蝦油嘅香氣令到帶子更加鮮味。

總括嚟講,今次嘅用餐體驗非常愉快,餐廳嘅菜式充滿創意,將唔同國家嘅食材同烹調手法融合得恰到好處,味道亦都令人滿意。每一道菜都經過精心設計,擺盤精緻,味道層次豐富,正!
