最近喺御華結試咗幾款人氣飯糰，發現佢哋真係將簡單飯糰做得極致講究，每款都充滿驚喜。濃香蛋汁牛壽喜燒飯糰肉香濃郁，牛肉片厚薄適中，配上蛋汁後更添滑潤，壽喜燒醬汁鹹甜適中，飯粒粒分明又有黏性，令人一啖接一啖。海鮮三味沙律飯糰就相對清新，內餡包括蟹柳、玉米、吞拿魚等，拌上沙律醬，食落冰涼開胃，適合夏日。北海道產鮭三文魚飯糰用料唔欺場，魚肉鹹香中帶油脂香氣，飯量唔會搶走主角風采；而濃香蛋黃醬帶微辣刺激感，配搭炸物或魚類口味一流，屬加分調味。御華結無論喺食材、飯質、包裝都見心思，係繁忙都市人快速又有滿足感的選擇。下次會想再試埋佢哋其他限定款！ continue reading

生活急促，腸胃容易受影響。而且近年健康飲食之後，食得多幾餐外賣已經覺得厭同唔係咁舒服。有時會用冇紫菜，玄米做的拌飯御結，配個魚或雞，再加個菜 - 變成有齊晒澱粉質、蛋白質同蔬菜嘅一個早/午餐。雖然咁樣食都有啲貴，但係起碼省時、健康啲又美味。出面外賣或者去餐廳食都唔平。推介諗唔到lunch食乜，又覺得凍冰冰嘅人試吓!幫襯咗好多年了! tko mtr shop期間有時有啲員工做嘢真係好慢，朝早返工好趕！不過食物質素就幾好👍🏻 continue reading
