我從來沒想過生的蔬菜可以這麼好吃!聽說「綠野林」這間餐廳好一段日子,但因為它是吃生食感覺並不太吸引,最近終於緣份到去吃了一餐,結果完全被驚豔!沒想到只用蔬菜、水果、堅果和種子四大類型的食材,可以變出多樣化的精緻料理,更特別的是菜式全都不經高溫烹調,吃起來卻不會有生生冷冷的感覺。整個用餐體驗讓人眼界大開,對生食有全新理解,沒試過的話很推薦去吃吃看啊!餐廳在尖沙咀鬧市商廈之中,原來已經開業六年,都幾犀利喎!綠野林是由香港素食始祖周兆祥博士創立的品牌,以推廣生食為宗旨,除了餐廳之外也有素食食材商店,逛一圈發現產品都很實用,有各種蔬菜粉、椰子粉、健康油品、堅果醬和更多超級食物和健康產品,好多我平時都有食開,下次食完可以上來入貨。除了進口產品之外,我覺得由日本人本地手工製作的各種特色味曾和發芋堅果小吃都很吸引,另外也有少部分產品可以裸買回家。餐廳範圍座位不算多,屬很安全的社交距離,由周博士手繪的綠色草牆和窗邊的垂直植物牆都很療癒。店內提供高能量水可以自助斟來飲,另外也有無漂白的紙巾。因為不用高溫烹煮的關係,廚房好乾淨,而且一點油煙都沒有!非常清爽怡人。 經典壽司拼盤 HK$118因為不能煮的關係,這裡沒有飯沒有麵吃,取而代之的是椰菜花飯和櫛瓜麵,那不就是現在流行的低酮飲食嗎?!不吃澱粉質的人看到一定大喜,這個壽司拌盤的壽司飯就用椰菜花米加入腰果醬,配以爽脆的蔬菜條,吃起來充滿層次感,味道也很豐富。用來點壽司的是黑豆豉油,入面加了紫蘇葉味道很有特色。 黃金帶子金邊粉這個是新菜式,餐牌上暫時還未有,泰式風味的醬汁很濃郁,櫛瓜麵下面還有白蘿蔔絲,吃起來有異國風味又完全沒有負擔。黃金帶子是用堅果碎壓製,沒炸過也很香口,非常有趣。 日式味噌拉麵 HK$126湯底用杏仁醬和芝麻醬調製而成,吃起來還有少許辣意,配搭爽口的櫛瓜麵吃得很舒服,沒想到生食也可以變出日式拉麵的風味呢! 照燒天貝拌飯 HK$108這個照燒天貝飯也很好吃!這裡用的不是一般黃豆天貝,而是自家發酵的鷹嘴豆天貝,吃起來更有口感,也不用擔心黃豆有基因改造問題。椰菜花飯拌了椰子花蜜和黑豆醬油汁,加上不同顏色不同調味的蔬菜,整碗讓人吃得很滿足。 芝士辣茄醬薄餅 HK$128有點像餅乾般脆口的餅底用翠玉系和杏仁製成,上面的辣茄醬和芝士醬都是自家製作,吃起來竟然真的有點芝士味,整個很香口我超喜歡!沒想到沒有芝士又沒有焗的薄餅,都可以這麼美味可口! 綠野森果露 HK$50(250ml)超推薦的還有綠色那杯綠野林招牌果露,我大概講了二十次好好飲,它用菠菜、香蕉和菠蘿等材料打成,完全沒加糖但很清甜,最特別是加了檸檬葉和橙皮,喝起來有種特別的柑橘清香!這個果露我絕對不介意每天飲! 芝士蛋糕 (牛油果青檸 / 熱情果 / 摩卡可可)、紅絲絨蛋糕純素芝士蛋糕其實用有機冷壓椰子油、椰子花蜜和催芽果仁製成,吃起來比一般芝士蛋糕更幼滑,黃色和綠色兩個是酸酸的清爽好味,朱古力控則一定愛上可可味那款。紅色那個原來用紅菜頭搾汁製作,榨完汁的果肉會再加入椰子粉、可可粉和椰棗,完全沒有另外添加甜味,口味吃起來也較清淡。它不會有紅菜頭的菜腥味,但有些椰子清香。吃完這一餐我對生食完全改觀,一定會再搵時間上去再食!我已經好掛住個果露啊! continue reading

想食一下素食,隨便選了間黃店,原來是raw food,即生機類,沒有經過加熱烹調既素食。反正沒試過,就試試吧。套餐確實不便宜,指定的果菜露、沙律,主菜,每人承惠177元。不過整頓食下來,覺得用心制作,材料有機新鮮,是值這價格的。果菜露是用了菠菜、菠蘿、香蕉等材料攪拌而成。上面兩瓣玫瑰花瓣皆是老闆栽種的。沙律口味清淡,用了一點點芒果汁提味。壽司沾上醬油,感覺並不像生的,很開胃。因為不用蛋/奶,千層意粉用了堅果打成醬來取代芝士和奶醬,很rich 很濃稠。最後的pizza,賣相很不錯,可惜失焦了xd 他們用脆肉瓜和堅果,經過風乾做成餅底,抹上番茄醬,加上栗米等配料,好用心~職員們本來就很熱衷於生機素食,並不時向我們介紹各食材和制法。他們采用有機、天然的食材,而且這些條件下很多步驟都要自制,不能以市面的低廉量產商品取代,花費很多時間和人力,生機素食在香港仍是小眾,希望這樣的小店能堅持下去👊🏻 continue reading

綠野林是香港一間很出色的Raw Vegan餐廳,雖然是Raw Vegan, 但有很多不同的菜式,令人喜出望外。今天我們點了果菜露,清甜好味又健康; 羽衣甘藍脆脆,就像是吃薯片的感覺,小朋友最愛; 他們還推介我們點了餃子,出奇地好味。主菜方面,我們點了椰菜花飯和韓式泡菜椰菜花飯,一試難忘。最後我們點了椰子水果乳酪和朱古力蛋糕為甜品,健康又美味。這裏的環境舒適,侍應還會不斷傳達健康資訊給我們認識,真的是一間很好的餐廳。 continue reading

Coming back to Greenwoods Raw Cafe, they have set meals. And a pretty hearty one. They have two main courses to choose from, with a fixed one depending on the weekday. The set includes a soup or a smoothie, salad and dessert.The smoothie this day was banana, spinach, pineapple. Very hearty, not super cold or frozen, great consistency. It had to be one of the best ones I've had till date and looked super too. It was garnished with a blue butterfly pea flower leaf.My salad was mixed greens, dragonfruit, cucumber, tomato, avocado and carrot shreds. Everything looked fresh, not dry, wilted, dehydrated. It was dressed with something that tasted like balsamic vinegar.My entree of choice was buckwheat pizza. It was a mini piece of buckwheat flatbread (Indian style), topped with vegetables, including eggplant. Side was raw, tangy cauliflower which tasted very nice.
