在春和樓吃餃子時發現對面就是這家高級食材雜貨店,吃罷又來八卦一下;店內有不少燕窩、乾貝、鮑魚、海蔘,也有不少不普通的調味品或長洲海味出售,真多選擇。看到有黑糖老薑就買一包給大人沖泡飲用,每件黑糖重一兩,一包七件,價錢比較坊間昂貴但勁多薑片, 沖泡後看到不少薑片出現,味道很夠薑味,辣度也足夠,大人說用來煮湯圓一流!放置了不少已浸泡魚翅、海蔘的雪櫃裡還有幾款鹵水食品,最引起我注意是名字有趣的煙霧蛋,店員說有朋友請過老闆吃之後,老闆就跑到台灣入貨去,現在不用飛台灣也有美味煙霧蛋吃了。六個雞蛋都是新鮮雞蛋煮成,蛋白入味之餘連蛋黃也有淡淡鹵水香,除了香濃鹵水味還有煙燻味,跟上海燻蛋有異曲同功之妙,兩者也很好吃,細佬還說其很像臘鴨腸的味道; 店員小姐還給我試食豆腐,以豆腐乾泡製的豆腐,味道也有鹵水香但味道較淡,蠻有嚼勁的感覺。還有南丫島特產魚仔乾,先炸後焗的魚仔十分香脆,隱約有些魚味,當作零食也不錯;大人看電視時不知不覺將一個家族的魚仔送進肚子裡去。 continue reading
