假期的早上,新意點,逛過來吃早餐,發現這間新麵包店。不為意地看到桂花果凍$12。看得出,芒果粒有少許氧化積像,感覺很home made新鮮,便買來試試。果然是果凍的煙韌口感,桂花香如蜜糖。芒果也鮮甜的,還有士多啤梨和藍莓,一點也沒被浸糖水之感。我們好奇問,是不是自家製?店員說是呀,然後指一指開著門的餅房說,呢….師傅就在做緊喇!另買了一個看似頗酥的丹麥條,失望的,「酥」感欠奉,提子乾也極少。這裡還有小麵包店,少見的黑碳麵包,和黑芝麻醬卷麵包。是平凡中有不平凡的麵包店。 continue reading
