因為公司棟大廈出左個外賣自取app,所以有優惠,俾八蚊就可以食到個晏。但十一點開始,好多餐廳都peak,唔再接order,所以最後揀左呢間。因為啲單寫左你個名,所以唔會攞錯或俾早到嘅人攞左,所以一去到就可以拎。拎到返嚟,一打開就「嘩」一聲,因為我估唔到個份量係咁大份,四寶嘅種類竟然唔係得紅腸魷魚,而係有齊叉燒,燒肉,切雞,紅腸再加半隻咸蛋。份量同性價比竟奇高啦,淨係隻咸蛋都夠我食晒成兜飯了。因為我一向麻麻地叉燒,所以還好。佢有肥有瘦,但有啲位就硬左小小,唔夠腍。而切雞就唔夠滑。燒肉個皮好脆,啲肉唔會好乾好硬,呢個唔錯。而紅腸我自己本身唔鐘意食,但佢唔會好咸,所以我諗算ok。以八蚊嚟講十分滿意,以正價55蚊嚟講,喺中環,咁嘅份量,仲有例湯,都好唔錯架啦。 continue reading

曾經在中環食燒味叉燒,朋友當時推介說龍記的燒味和叉燒是最棒的,不但肥瘦適中,還很juicy。令我十分期待,今天終於有機會來這裏嘗嘗在餐廳內看到獎項和報章雜誌的報道,令我更期待我們Order燒味雙拼飯。朋友order雞潤叉燒飯,說很好吃,所以想讓我一嘗雞潤,可惜賣光了,朋友便改為order燒肉叉燒飯。燒肉的皮有一半淋了,有一半是脆的。朋友說這個是普通了一點,但她試過來單獨買燒腩肉,確是很棒。我則order了蜜汁叉燒和滷水雞全翼瀨粉。叉燒卻是瘦肉較多,但蜜汁好味😋雖然沒有朋友說的那麼棒看來真的要看彩數滷水雞翼滷得不錯,很入味 continue reading

是日路過中環,當然要去龍記食返個燒味飯先繼續。龍記是很多中環人嘅飯堂,以前我都一個星期大概會食1,2次。今日黎得到,就食豐富D,整個乳豬三寶飯再加海蜇!喺龍記叫燒味飯嘅技巧係,除非你有一兩樣野係好想食,如果唔係一般都係叫N寶飯係會抵好多。但係分別就係N寶飯俾嘅燒味係會有uncertainty嘅,例如今日依個乳豬三寶飯加海蜇,一黎到,我心入面都呆左一呆。因為乳豬三寶飯加海蜇,除左"乳豬"同"海蜇" 係fix左之外,,其餘竟然係得到燒鴨 (一般係雞) 同 燒排骨 (一般係叉燒)!可以話真係估佢唔到。應該係話依個亦都係龍記食咁多年都會有樂趣同新鮮感! 哈哈 continue reading

店內環境好有地道特色,老牌舊店好有feel叫左乳豬三拼飯,乳豬拼咩係師傅決定,次次都唔同,令人聯想起omakase結果係乳豬拼叉燒、油雞從來冇食過咁正嘅乳豬!多數市面上啲乳豬其實都係乳豬「皮」,得塊脆皮癡住一層脂肪,有時仲唔脆嘅添...龍記嘅乳豬塊皮又薄又脆,咬落kok kok聲,皮底下層脂肪薄薄地食落一啲都唔油膩,重點係佢地嘅乳豬係連住好大塊嘅肉架! 而且唔會過咸過油過乾,調味適中,燒味界實屬罕有從來冇食過咁正嘅叉燒!肉夠林,蜜汁香甜度適中!平時食開嘅普通叉燒係一忽較乾較韌嘅瘦肉,連住一舊仔肥膏,呢度啲叉燒肉係完美結合肥同瘦,所以咬落好林好軟熟,啖啖肉香,改寫「肥瘦均勻」呢個term!油雞都係唔會太咸、肉質鮮嫩;三種肉分量都好多,一啲都唔姑寒,中環$80左右食得到,抵! continue reading
