係網上見到有人介紹荃灣呢間新開既麵包舖 有幾款幾特別既撻 有葡撻 迷你伯爵茶撻 仲有個焦糖拿破崙千層 俾呢幾款撻吸引左 特登行過去買黎試下 店舖細細間 但都有好多選擇 門口有好多蛋糕 都幾多款式 入面就有麵包 鬆餅同埋撻 可能今日已經晏左 焦糖拿破千層已經賣晒 而迷你伯爵茶撻都係得返兩個 葡撻就有好多 我地每款買兩個返去試下 迷你伯爵茶撻 十蚊有兩個 真係好迷你 一啖已經可以食晒 五蚊一個真係貴左啲 又細又唔好食 食落得好淡既伯爵茶味 可以話係冇乜味 另外個葡撻又係食落冇乜味 冇蛋香味 個皮又唔脆 兩款撻食左都唔知自己食梗啲咩 一次就夠 唔會再食 continue reading

大前日(15-4-2023 Sat)同老公食完早餐後,行返去路德圍流浮山窯燒雞(https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/r-%E6%B5%81%E6%B5%AE%E5%B1%B1%E7%AA%AF%E7%87%92%E9%9B%9E-%E8%8D%83%E7%81%A3-%E7%B2%B5%E8%8F%9C-%E5%BB%A3%E6%9D%B1-r783758)買隻雞後,經過呢喥,見有間新開嘅餅店,見到佢啲蛋糕幾有特色,想買但都係唔買住,因為想睇就嚟喺街市街嘅享樂烘焙開咗未.咁晏晝經過重未開,於是食完tea就走嚟呢喥買啦,老公話唔食,咁我買兩件啦,一件係$34.00嘅京都培茶切餅,一件係$35.00班蘭芝士味嘅盆栽.入去見到有普通同特別嘅麵包,重有鳳梨酥.到夜晚爸爸臨瞓前食,先食京都培茶切餅,面上嘅啫哩係培茶味,但已乾硬化,蛋糕本身唔太甜,味道都對版,但可惜唔夠鬆軟.味道:1分而班蘭芝士味嘅盆栽呢,一食,鹹,就只有鹹味,呢個係鹹點嗎?食唔出班蘭味,口感又唔係mousse,又唔係cheese cake.味道:0.5分 希望佢哋其他嘢會好味. continue reading

收到風,得知 💛 黃店「日光烘焙」落腳荃灣,當然第一時間嚟幫襯,支持支持 ~驟眼一看 , 都覺得麵包新鮮軟熟 , 尤其是 "法式布丁包" 相當吸引 , 急不及待買返屋企慢慢食 ~所有麵包都鬆軟 , 質素不錯 , 全都在水準之上 ; "法式布丁包" 的味道更是一絕 , custard 布丁味道甜甜蜜蜜,口感十分獨特,配合軟熟的麵包,非常美味 ~此外 "提子直燒麵包" 都是十分好吃 , 質地軟綿又夠香,食落也不覺口乾,還吃到有點酒味,比起一般街邊的麵包舖,有過之而無不及 ~本篇完 ~ continue reading
