今日想試下新餐廳,便入了這間未試過的餐廳試試~這裡選擇好多, 不過我見到旁邊的食客都是食烏冬,我便羊群心理地跟隨了。點了個比較清淡的選擇,即蕃茄湯配黑毛豬手打烏冬($60),送一杯野飲,中午免加一。其實這個湯底還不錯,不過烏冬始終掛汁不太理想,所以食落來味道較淡,反而我朋友食那個鰹魚魚介湯我就覺得特別點,味道也濃一些。烏冬也不錯,口感幾好。至於黑毛豬就一般般啦, 就是普通豬肉的味道,份量也不多。不過我幾鐘意佢有配菜及栗米,食落均衡D,唔會一味得肉食。整體OK,味道OK,環境都可以,如果唔夠飽仲可以加少少錢食小食,唔太貴。不過最估唔到係呢間野原來幾受歡迎,我地走時見到出面要排隊呢~

今天和朋友到附近逛街,突然很想吃烏冬,便在厚福街尋找美食,看見店面裝修不錯便走入去嘗試一下。原來是日本手打烏冬還有很多湯底選擇,我選擇了沙嗲燒鳥烏冬,朋友選擇蕃茄肥牛烏冬,原來每碗烏冬都會送上半隻糖心蛋,燒鳥的皮脆卜卜,好正。朋友的蕃茄湯底很濃,湯底原汁原味。還試了雞皮蝦仔,雖然很邪惡,但真的好好食,我覺得自己下次還會幫襯。下次可以試下其他湯底既烏冬,據說大門橫丁的串燒小食也不錯,期待下次再過黎試。

一向知道大門橫丁的食物高性價比,晚上7時左右在厚福街覓食時見不用等侯就立刻入座了店內有不同湯底配搭烏冬或拉麵的選擇,只需在紙上勾上心頭好就可以,我則點了牛肉蕃茄烏冬驟眼看湯底顏色不是很深,本以為會不夠味道,但喝到湯時品嚐到蕃茄酸酸甜甜的味道,而且湯裡有不少蕃茄呢!除了我點的牛肉外,還包括了很多配料,例如半隻流心蛋,粟米等,頗豐富的烏冬應該是稻庭烏冬來的,吃起來滑滑的而彈牙晚餐來說在尖沙咀旺區加一後只需八十元左右,感覺超值

這裡是沒有下午茶時段的。14:50入去, 都是食午餐牌。一行4人, 因為大家都攰及肚餓, 入到厚福街, 都冇仔細研究每間舖, 就揀咗依間喇。席間嘅親朋意見: <直火燒咖哩吉列豬扒丼>都ok, 算合格。豬扒乾咗少少。咖哩ok, 份量ok.我嘅意見係: 貴、食唔飽、跟餐牌照片差好遠<日本黑蒜油九州豬骨濃湯日式叉燒手打烏冬>。份量太少, 一位成年男士, 唔夠飽。黑蒜油九州豬骨濃湯, 算唔錯。日式叉燒份量少, 細塊, 又切得太薄。<忌廉蟹肉餅> 抵食, 好味, 唔錯。餐飲多面, 係蜂蜜綠茶、柑桔蜜嗰啲嘢, 睇落好似有特色, 但係其實係好普通、又唔值錢嘅「冲飲」。
